Castaway's Bar & Grill

I'm sure I had fun here, someone would have to fill me in. We managed to drink our own bottle of Jameson. Fort Myers prices, fun for NYE. Good waitstaff. Bands most nights. Love watching the cougars. Edible food.

I stopped in this place a couple nights while in Fort Meyer's Beach, it had a "cheers" feeling to me. Nice people & bartenders along with great bands on certain nights.

Next time I'm in town I'll stop back by.

Ordered our drinks and when the waitress came back, 1 drink was incorrect. You should've seen the stare our friend received. 1 minute later the owner came over and accused us of calling his waitress a "bi_ch". He rudely said he was going to be our waiter for the night. Couldn't have been the farthest thing from the truth. When a friend challenged the accusation, the owner backed down and said his folks work lots of hours and mis-understandings happen. Maybe the owner should listen to both sides of the story before coming to a conclusion.
