Central Blue Restaurant & Lounge

This is def a "New York Style restaurant.  The atmosphere is very trendy as is the  food.  It is one of the best places we have been to.  Service is friendly and fast but not rushed.  The food is presented very nicely and the taste is fresh and delicious!  Will definitely be comming back  can't wait to dine outisd on their patio.

The problem with this place is that not enough people know its there.  I've been there a few times and it has never been overly crowded (which is good b/c service has been great!).  They have an excellent "fun" drink menu with really great martinis.  Its a fun place just to hang out at the bar for drinks and appetizers.  I recently visited with my mom and aunt on a Tuesday night for dinner and everyone loved their food and the experience.  As previous reviewers wrote - its a combo of latin/Italian food.  We had the cheesesteak eggrolls and patatos bravos for appetizer and both were good (i had the cheesesteak eggrolls another time and they were much better this time for some reason).  For dinner we had chicken parm, chicken saltimbocca, and my mom had short ribs - pretty basic, but all of it was excellent and the portions were big enough to bring home for dinner the next night.  The highlight of the night was the vava's rice pudding - this was excellent!  so creamy and light - its not often you get homemade rice pudding.  I'd definitely recommend this local spot as a great spot for dinner or drinks.
