Tapas Tuesdays are my favorite! The sangria is tasty and gets you a nice buzz. Food has always been good whenever I've gone. You can't go wrong with the mussels, patatas bravas and fig spinach. I also like the live music by the bar and overall atmosphere. Plus, my sister had her wedding here in 2010 and the catered food (in particular the paella) was delicious! One of my favorite restaurants in Orlando :)
Review Source:Saturday night, by the bar, it's the place to be if you want good food and a completely different sort of entertainment. It's downtown for grown ups as you enjoy tapas like the FANTASTIC Gambas Bravas, the delicious Sangria, the beautiful architecture and ambiance and the unique and enticing flamenco show. I adore it and each time I have new friends in town I always suggest this. The trick to not waiting is to get there around 7:30-7:45 and sit right at the bar, take it slow in your dinner and stay put for at 9:30 the show starts and you wont be disappointed.
Review Source:I have never been to a restaurant quite like this one. Architecturally I have to say the restaurant is designed beautifully the decor gives you an air of a relaxing casual luxuary while the wood and warmth of the colors give you a relaxed laid-back feeling.  The outside gives off a  european vibe of spain mixed with a hint of a moulin rouge atmosphere as though you are entering someplace tastefully entertaining.  Unfortunately there were no performances going on when I visited Ceviche, but I immediately I  got a sense for how debonair a night with performers could really be. The lighting was perfectly dim for a night of romantic conversation, so if your looking for the perfect date night restaurant or to impress that special someone this place is it! The menu was very bold, edgy, and different. Ranging from ceviche, to tapas , steak , to fish all very enticing options. I settled for the "Ceviche a la Ruso" which was absolutely amazing seasoned perfectly you could really taste every flavor in that Ceviche and it went perfectly with the oysters. I wouldn't leave the restaurant without trying it! I also ordered "Pulpo a la gallena" which didn't meet the standards of the ceviche but still definitely worth a try. I do have to add as a young college student I would have loved to have enjoyed one of their signature sangrias to go along with the meal, personally as a young adult  21 being the drinking age seems like a violation of the pursuit of happiness to me which is unconstitutional. As adults we should all have the right to kick back and enjoy a cup of wine, but enough politics Ceviche really is a great place and the food is wonderful the whole night will be an experience of the highest caliber. Bon appetite! enjoy!
