came here for dinner had the fillet mignon, medium rare with a baked potato. The fillet was tender but something about it was just very plain. i don't think you're getting a bad meal or over paying, i just feel like it's not some place i would tell people to go out of their way for. it's okay...
their salad bar is really nice though! the lettuce is fresh, restaurant grade and all that. There's one downside, you might find the lettuce bowl filled with stalk instead of leaves because some girl ahead of you picked out all the leafy greens. haha...
It's not a bad place.
My boyfreind and I were in Fishkill and wanted steak so we decided to give this place a try. Â Love that entrees came with the salad bar and it was very good, choices included ceasar salad, iceburg lettuce and baby spinich, tons of cold salad choices, cold veggies, pate, at least 8 salad dressing choices, real bacon bits, cheeses, pickles, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, fried onions, crutons, tortilla chip pieces, variety of sliced breads and butter. Â All entrees come with salad bar and one side, I chose the brocoli which was steamed perfect and crisp. Â I ordered the combo with an 8 oz prime rib cooked medium rare and shrimp scampi, the prime rib was cooked perfectly, very flavorful and a very nice cut of meat, the scampi was loaded with garlic and seasoning and butter and was delicous. Â The service was ok, our server was very busy and not very attentive but not horrible. Â When we were leaving there was a wait at the door of a half an hour, we arrived around 5:30 and left by 6:30.
