Cheesecake Amor Cafe & Wine Bar

There were four people in our party. we did not have reservations but were seated immediately. I had checked out the web site before going and this place looked like they had a large selection of wine and cheesecake. After ordering a glass of wine we were informed that they were out of the requested wine, we then changed our order and informed once more they were out of the requested selection; they only had one wine from the section we were ordering from. WHAT? How can a place call it's self a wine bar if they have no wine?
My husband ordered the crab cakes which he said were decent but they were very small and over priced. I chose not to order any food.
After my husband ate his two crab cakes which were about one bite each, we wanted to pay our tab and leave but had to wait for our waiter to come back in from his smoke break.
Needless to say I will not be returning.

OK -  I liked the food, it was really good - but - it is overpriced -we went with a Groupon and I still felt like we overpaid. Crowded tables, smoke from the fryer burned my eyes and smelled up my clothes. Not enough seats at the bar and some guys had to stand. One woman asked to change the TV from football to the CMA. Won't go back. If I'm going to pay that kind of money, I'll go to Maggiano's and get good food and elbow room and a better table.

At one time this was a great place to go with good food, relaxed atmosphere albeit very over priced wine but good specials. NOT ANYMORE. They require reservations like they are the Ritz but do not answer their phone to take them. They have nine tables inside and three outside-so forget dropping by for-house specialty chicken fried steak. They only save tables for their personnel buddies-owners very unfriendly when you can get them to stop smoking to talk to you. . Do not waste your time going. They are not as good as they think they are.
