  The park of my childhood. One of the best.
  
  I used to play in a band in high school called "Dystrophy". We had our second or third show to a lukewarm audience.

  The best park ever with the best ideas! Whoever thought of this over at the recreation department is genius. Bring your pals, your doggie, some munchies and a big blanket (or 3) and enjoy live music with your neighbors.

  The city of San Bruno sponsers free concerts in the park, usually in the month of August. Every Friday night of the month at 6:30.  The bands range from tribute bands to dance music, jazz, rock, country...it depends on the week... but the bands are always really good.
  
  These concerts are completely FREE... It is so fun, you bring some beach chairs, blankets, food, drinks and settle back on the grassy field at the gazebo and enjoy the music, maybe dance, hang out with your friends...it is really nice...but it can be cold so bring those blankets..
  The kids have a great time too.
  
  This year they will have movies on three Friday nights...7:30 in September starting on the 12th... I missed the first one, but am looking forward to taking my kids to them...
  
  I seriously considered not reviewing these, they are a gem and not too crowded...Perhaps I should have kept it a secret.....shhhhh don't tell anyone..
