Sign out front said " Lebeouf says best corned beef in ft Myers"
Gave it a try - service was great & food came out quick, but Lebeouf is full of crap! CB sandwich was long on soggy rye bread & short on corned beef that wasn't very good regardless - too lean & too chewy. Should have known better - an Irish place without a bar - that's just wrong

Enjoyed their liver & onions with bacon tonight. Wife had the ribeye steak and said it was great. Stepson had the meatloaf, which he said "Is to die for". The New England clam chowder was perfect, as usual. Good food, good folk, COLD beer - what's not to like? Recommend!

Went here for lunch, ordered the Fish n Chips, with malt vinager of course. The fish is (forgive the spelling) Swabasi a very mild white fish. It was battered and deep fried served with my choice steak fries. I love the blend of this dish with the malt vinager, not too tart, but perfect for my pallet..Not a fan of ketcup, for my steak fries, so I requested a homemade dressing perhaps..I was in luck, they make Blu Cheese, Thousand island and a peppercorn ranch. I chose the Blu and the Peppercorn. The Blu was fantastic, not to pungent. The Peppercorn was truly first class, perhaps on another visit I will use this on my salad. The crunchy batter made this very mild white fish pop. The restaurant has an eclectric display of beer cans and a homey atmosphere. It is a little dark with the tables and booths, but the dark wood with the green upholstry, make this establishment very inviting. My server was very attentive and nice. He actually was the one that suggested the peppercorn, good call. The staff is family with some exceptions. They serve beer and wine and from my understanding make a mean Rueben, I may have to try at another time. The music in the background was not over whelmingly loud, but nice and listening to Elvis "Are you Lonesome Tonight" was easy on my digestion. Clancey's is a die hard restaurant that has been around since the 70's. Check out their website for menu and specials. Dont forget this is an Irish Restaurant, so don't miss out on St. Patrick's Day. http://clanceysresturant…
