Laugh In Comedy Cafe

1st time giving a 1 star. Just left an hour ago. Comedian was funny. Door price was reasonable. VERY unprofessional server and I won't bore you with the details but we were blown away by the rudeness of the server. Food was at best ok. Make sure to ask how much sides or sauces cost. I got wings and the server asked whether I wanted ranch or blue cheese (i said 1 of each) and when I got the bill I saw she charged me $4 ($2 ea). when I brought it to her attn the server was very rude and it crossed my mind whether I was on a hidden camera show. We were in a group of 13 and they all witnessed it. I won't be back and I will advise others of my experience. There are other comedy clubs in SW Florida that are much better both food and service go there instead.

It's a smallish venue. Can exceed capacity quickly, especially when a better known celeb is in town.

Depending on where you sit (you're apt to be sharing a VFW table with others), there is minimal space for walking, and the tables aren't really set up for turning your chair and looking at the person you've paid to see (I learned this the hard way). Everything seemed reasonable however - the different food they offer.

I'd probably go again, just to get better acquainted with it. I felt as a first time in, it was a little too divey, but maybe that's the charm of it?

This is a great place for laughs. The gOod thing u can go online to see why comedian will be there and also after the shownu can get in free to the club next door called Groove Street they play 80's 90's and today good crowd great drinks. Happy laughin
