Climax Bar & Nightclub

My friend and I have been to this place a couple of times for a girls' night out. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. The staff and crowd are really friendly. The decor inside is beautiful, with nice lighting.  You feel like you found a nice secret spot. We seen the drag show which is funny and entertaining. It has a nice size dance floor, and the DJ knows his audience. $3 drink specials are tasty, and a decent size beer on tap is only $4. The bathrooms are clean and stocked through the night, a total bonus. So much fun to be had here.

This is the Head of Security for Climax and proudly have held and work in this position even 2 months before Climax opened. I am always the one to be sure everyone is rightly taken care of in every aspect. The Management, Patrons and Employees. This includes the DJ's and Special Guest. When I read this post about a situation that We didn't pay our entertainment, I thought was crazy. Check it out. Tell the whole story. And others should Hear all facts before backing something that so NOT completely honest. Shame on those DJ'S for lying to everyone before letting everyone know ALL the facts . Letting people carrying on about something they don't know what really happened. I personally approached the Owner about this and asked why this happened. Mr. St John was hired to do what should have been 3 hours, and receive $400 for that set. He only played for 1.5 hours. And he was paid, but only half the amount for the time he played for, making that $200. To post something about a situation that is not true is Ridiculous! What kind of person does something like tell everyone only half the story. I would have back the DJ's completely, anyone who knows me personally would say this, as I will fight for the rights of anyone being miss treated. That's why I ask the owner myself and then saw how crazy lie got everyone so negative. Wow.

I like that there's never a cover. This place is pretty dead except for Fridays an Saturdays.  The drink are excellent priced an there's always parking.  I kinda like to go when its not happening cuz it'll be like just me an my few friends in charge of the whole place pretty much. Its like the dj an bartender is there just for us.  It can be completely dead an they'll still act like it's crackin thats kinda what's cool about this place.  Plenty of space for parking lot drinking too tho. I love the carpet on the ceiling an the disco balls.  The dance floor is perfect for getting your dance on. It can do without the magazines with dudes hardly wearing anything.  That's always kinda weird.  There's a pretty cool patio area too.
