The Comedy Zone

Did get some laughs when the comedians gave good humor about real life experiences and witty remarks that made you think.  Could have done without the vulgarity - first act was all about the penis, vagina, violence towards women, drugs, pornography, masterbastion. Really? That's the best you could come up with? These are unintelligent, lame subjects that ANYONE can make jokes about.  These jokes are just plain skanky and that is the feeling I left with.  At this time, would not consider returning.  The Comedy Zone has a nice interior with real potential for some class.  Too bad the only class it has is the table cloths and wait staff. Waitresses were pretty and very attentive while being discreet for the show.

You may miss the building since it is difficult to see off the street, but there is a sign and its located near a country dance club.  Building on outside doesn't look like much, but nice inside.  On Fridays, its 2 for 1 admission with a coupon you can print from their website.  Admission was $8 pp for the 8 pm show (two shows, 8 and 10) BUT there is a $4 drink minimum per person.  The show with two comics lasted about an hour and a half and we thought the headliner was funny.  I would not suggest eating there - we ordered wings and breadsticks: breadsticks was a flattened bread served like a pizza and wings were edible but room temperature.  The waitresses were quick to get your drink orders.

For a minimum of about $20, we may go again in the future, but suggest you look up headliner via Youtube to get an idea of the comedienne.

Had a really great time here. Was very impressed with this place and if you print the coupon off there website it is 2 for 1 on Friday nights.
