Country Trading & Restaurant

Small town diner where half of the building is a small market/deli and the other half is a very casual diner where you seat yourself.  Ordered the Chicopee breakfast because I wanted to try Blue Seal kielbasa which is a local product and recommended by a friend who lives in the area.  I was not disappointed.  It's a lot tastier than the generic kielbasa you buy in the store.  The rest of my breakfast was average.  Eggs over medium were cooked perfectly, toast wasn't burnt and had a good amount of butter and the potato hash had a nice crisp to them.  Drew a pretty good crowd for a Friday morning, and I heard it can get quite busy on weekends.  I can see parking being a problem sometimes.  Nice enough place that I'd come back.

BY FAR MY FAVORITE PLACE FOR BREAKFAST!!! place is small and dinerish with great servers, and the food is fantastic! If you like pancakes DO NOT skip the blueberry pancakes here!! soo good!! the country twosome is a fantastic deal and will cure and weekend hangover!! :)
