I'll start with the good. We loved the garden in the back of the restaurant as it was very well done and had a great ambiance to it. The entertainment was great. We loved the lady's voice who sang songs by Patsy Cline, Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley. The waitress was a nice lady but she did not know the menu at all and she told us so. She  said she was borrowed from another restaurant. The food wasn't very good specially for the price we paid. Our dinner, including counting the children came to about $24 a person. We were a group of seven (5 adults, 2 children).
The kids did not touch their food. I really don't know how you can screw up french fries and chicken tenders but this place did. Â My husband and I ordered the bruchetta appetizer (pretty good) and we each had a very so so spinach salad and 1 side of rice and beans. The appetizer arrived after the dinner, the rice and beans was so salty we couldn't eat it. We had also ordered Arnold Palmers and it was pretty much water with a touch of color. No taste when we asked the waitress to look into making us better Arnold Palmers she never came back with any. I ended up ordering a Mojito and that was yummy. However, that was the only thing I'd recommend from the place and it it wasn't the food. The rest of the group did not like their dishes either. It was way overpriced for the quality of food and service we received.
Went here for dinner. There was pretty much no one dining here with us. While the staff was as sweet as pie, our server didn't know a thing about the menu.
The food was so-so. It definitely has some potential to be awesome but maybe it was because it was off-season? The best thing was the gumbo. Everything else was sub-par.
I really hope the food improves! It is such a lovely spot.
