My meal was good...the host made one noodle recommendation that I took and probably wouldn't order again. The service was very poor. Many people running around, busy but not slammed. I don't even know if my table was assigned a server because no one ever came to check to see how my meal was or if I cared for a refill on my tea. I politely notified the manager upon my exit and got an obligatory and insincere apology....I would dine elsewhere.
Review Source:Went here on 07/10/2013 came here for a late lunch and it was awesome I had the shanghai pot stickers so if your a fan of pot stickers you will love these plus they pack a lot of goodness in there and the dipping sauce is the best. Then I got the Dan Dan Noodles my favorite because they cook them in a hot chili sauce. I must say they are always on point and will return again.
Review Source:I have been coming here since I was 14 or 15 and I am 29 now. Â Easily the best restaurant in Fresno. Â When I came home from college on weekends it was the first place I'd eat at. Â When a new job forced me to move back to Fresno (which I wasn't all that excited about at first) I consoled myself that at least I could eat here once a week.
The staff is always great. Â The patio is wonderful in the summer. Oh and we like to get take out while we wait in line for midnight movies at Edwards. Â
Dan Dan Noodles, Broccoli Beef, Orange Chicken, Pot stickers, Vietnamese Fried Rice, Mongolian Beef, Kung Pow Chicken are just some of my favorites.
I've never given less that five stars on the places I have gone, but this is the first one.....the food was just not what I was expecting. Good, but not amazing....maybe I will order something else next time but other than that, great environment, definitely a date spot! Really nice waiters, but super crowded, that was a little annoying....but we did go on a Friday Night haha most of my complaints are lame and superficial about this place. But I give then a Four out of Five! Maybe I'll change it later once I try them again. It's just too expensive to go and not like what you ordered you know? But good effort! A for effort guys!
Review Source:Well not the best Chinese food, but sub-par, okay. Â I give food three stars. Â Service, was sub par. Â I'm in a Chinese restaurant, am Asian, where's the chopsticks? Â Krab and avocado spring rolls 2 out of five, middle was still cold. Â I got the crispy beef and my daughter the salmon. Â I asked a simple question, if the salmon was previously frozen, or fabricated that day and he didn't seem to know. Â Servers, it's your job to know this stuff...service wise, there was a couple of 2 tops nothing major, but seemed like my server was pre-occupied with other stuff than to be serving us. Â I'm not coming back.
Review Source:I thought of this place when I was writing up my review of the airport! Â One of my Fresno co-workers took me here for lunch on one of my many visits to Yosemite Int'l. Â I believe most of what we ordered here was pretty good, but this place gets the big 4 stars for the Vietnamese Fried Rice which was amazingly good for just a rice dish. Â I still get a craving for it once in a while. Â Now that I'm just a single hop away from this airport, I might just cave in...
Other than that, easy to get to. Â It's in shopping center. Â It's clean. Â The decor is... you know. Â Asian looking. Â The wait staff isn't but they're very nice. Â Good service and ambiance all round. Â :)
Wandering around Fresno and looking for a place to eat and stumbled on Dai Bai Dang. Â Their dishes are so much better than P.F. Chang's. Â The service we received was incredible.
We started with the Chicken Lettuce Wrap. Â First of all they should tell you that this is really not an appetizer size, you could actually have this as a meal and it was soooo good. Â We had the Chicken Broccoli on Pan Fried Noodles that were absolutely delicious and their Garlic Green Beans was amazing.
We didn't have to flag our waitress for anything as she was so on top of our drink refills and checking to see if we needed anything else.
The only downside...we have to go to Fresno to enjoy this place as we're from Tehachapi. :-)
First timer here, was drawn to this place because apparently it is the best Asian restaurant (per the sign outside, LIES) . FAIL!
We ordered:
Shrimp Phad Thai: completely bland.
-needed more fish sauce, lime, and sriracha
Thai spicy shrimp: which was pretty decent.
Pot Stickers: filling was a mush, most likely precooked.
Oodles of noodles with chicken: basically a take on Lo Mien with a hint of BBQ sauce in it.
On the brighter side, the steam rice and fortune cookie was good.
The service was really poor, our waiter took our order and vanished for the rest of the time.
If you are looking for some unauthentic Chinese Food before you go to Edwards to see whatever terrible movie is out, this is the place for you! Â Dai Bai Dang should just change its name to "Chinese Food for White People" and get it over with.
That may be a little harsh, because the food isn't terrible by any means, but it certainly also isn't fantastic. Â They are a little on the spendy side, and the portions are kind of on the small side. Â Service is always pretty nice, but it still isn't my kind of place, and I am convinced that if it didn't have all the Riverpark foot traffic that it probably still wouldn't be around.
Whenever I eat here I always get the same thing and would highly recommend them!
Tofu Miso soup- A more than generous serving and one of the tastiest soups I've ever had! It includes chicken, tofu, veggies, etc. Always taking a left-over tub home with me
Vietnamese Fried Rice- I can't put into words how amazing this dish tastes. Served on a large plate, you could easily share this order between three even four people. It definitely includes scallions, and baby corn If i remember correctly? Just try it!
Service never disappoints and I have never taken advantage of their dinner-and-a-movie deal. Again I have only eaten these items off of the menu (some not so good reviews for this restaurant apparently) What I don't know won't hurt me ;-)
But seriously just try this place out! They have never let me down!
I absolutely love this restaurant! When I go to Fresno I make sure I stop here. The food that I really like here is:
Spicy Kung Pao Chicken: It is seasoned well and has just the right heat. The chicken is also really tender.
Orange Duck: It is really good! If you like duck I think you will like this.
Taiwanese Fried Rice: I usually do not like rice, but I love this rice.
Mandarin Braised Chicken Miso Soup: I really like this version of Miso Soup the chicken in it is tender and the broth is nicely seasoned.
Shanghai Pot Stickers: They are really crispy and I enjoy them each time I get them.
All in all this is a really great restaurant to eat at and I am always satisfied with their service.
We went to Dai Bai Dang specifically for their movie deal. Â It saved us a couple dollars for the dinner and movie. Â Not a whole lot but like $8. Â We saw a 3D movie so normally it's $15.50 and we ended up paying $11.50 for the tickets.
Anyway, onto the restaurant itself. Â They have call ahead seating, but not reservations. Â Basically you call ahead and say hey, we'll be there in an hour. Â They'll put you on a list if there is one, but you can't make reservations beyond an hour. Â We got there at about 6:45ish and there was plenty of seating on a Tuesday night. Â
Took a little while to get drinks, but once we did the wait service was for stars from then on. Â Our waiter was attentive without being intrusive. Â Drinks were never empty. Â with the movie special you get two drinks, an appetizer, and two entrees, plus the two movie tickets, for $45. Â My husband got water, I got a soda. Â Our waiter made sure to tell my husband that a soft drink is included with the price if he wanted one and I thought that was nice of him to do. Â
There is a list of appetizers to choose from, and a list of entrees to choose from. Â For the appetizer we chose the vegetable spring rolls. Â They came out hot, and quick. Â They were crisp without being greasy, and the filling was flavorful. Â For the entrees he got the broccoli beef, I got the tempura lemon chicken. Â Our waiter made a suggestion for his broccoli beef to have the noddles mixed in because they tend to get a little crispy if made the normal way. Â To me that is above and beyond and shows that not only does he care about what we're being served but he's also had the food so he can give recommendations on what we're about to eat. Â I like that. Â My husband said it was the best broccoli beef he's ever had. Â My friends, he's had a LOT of broccoli beef. Â My lemon chicken was nice and lemony, not overly sauced, and not overly breaded. Â The chicken was all white meat and not fatty at all. Â Side of jasmine rice with it. Â Man it was good.
Portions were very large as well. Â We both had take home containers, and my husband rarely has left overs.
Will go again. Â It was super yummy.
The Crab Rolls here are really yummy! BF had the Banana Beef & I got the Pan Fried Noodle Scallops which were kind of soggy because of all the sauce at the bottom of those big plates. We got to sit outside in the patio but it was way too warm because of their heaters. I'd come back for the Crab rolls and maybe try a different dish next time.
Review Source:Seems like a PF Chang's, but I've never been to one, so I can't compare.
The food was a lot better than I expected for Chinese-American fare, although I could taste the added sugars in pretty much everything they made. The only time I came here, my host ordered a LOT of food, so I pretty much tried their best items off the menu. My ratings for each:
Tuna and tempura shrimp roll: 1 star. Just okay. Not particularly tasty.
Cantonese chicken lettuce wraps: 4 stars. Pretty tasty, and good texture. We ended up ordering 2
Wok seared ahi salad: 2 stars - Ahi was pretty good, but the rest of the salad wasn't to my liking. They totally doused it in an unnecessary amount of dressing, so order it on the side!
Caramalized walnut shrimp: 2 stars. Nowhere close to classic walnut shrimp at a normal Chinese restaurant. The shrimp was too tough and the dough was lumpy and dense instead of light and crispy.
Garlic shrimp: 4 stars. Very, very tasty, especially compared to other shrimp dish.
Scallop dish custom ordered: 4 stars. Although it wasn't on the menu, the scallops were cooked perfectly - not raw, but not rubbery. Good taste.
Orange duck: 5 stars. My favorite. The sauce covering the dish was a bit too sweet, but the duck was pure heavn. It was so tender and melt-on-your-mouth, and it wasn't even that fatty compared to the roast duck I eat on a regular basis. I also loved the orange peels, which weren't sweetened, but not marred by the bitter white pith, as it was peeled carefully. Must-order!
Beef and broccoli: 3 stars. Average dish, average taste.
Cracked pepper tenderloin: 2 stars. I didn't actually try this myself since the entire piece was so big, but I heard that it was just okay-tasting, and way too salty. The bok choy was good, though.
Apple pork: 4 stars. First time I've had pork with apples, which was interesting. It was not a bad combination, and the taste reminded me of traditional sweet and sour pork with a twist.
Chicken curry: 3 stars. We didn't get a chance to eat this the day we ordered it, but after it was bagged and reheated, the curry was still very tasty. The chicken was a bit dry afterward, but that can be attributed to the reheating.
Price was kind of high for the quality of food, so eh.
Service was also very friendly, and they filled our waters quite often.
I would come here just to eat the orange duck again. *drool*
I came here with a large group and the service was four stars alone.
The food is three. The calamari is good and so is the crispy beef, the price was a little high for Chinese.
It's pretty inside, and it's nice to sit on the patio if you have a chance. This isn't my all time favorite place, but for River Park it's pretty good.
I came here with my mom, grandmother and aunt for a girls lunch out. Had a great time! Even though it was a bit chilly we sat on the patio since I had my dog with me and they were nice enough to allow her to sit at my feet. They turned on the outdoor heaters for us on both sides of our table which made it nice and comfy.
Our server Brian was awesome. He helped us make some menu selections and he was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the sizzling seafood dish it was amazing. Shrimp, scallops and whitefish in this delicious sauce with onions, peppers and rice on the side. A bit spicy but thats what I like so it was right up my alley.
What I liked most was that Brian gave us the exact service I had hoped for without even asking. I was visiting family as I am from out of town and we were excited to talk and catch up so he was very attentive but not overly so. I think he could tell it was a pseudo reunion if you will but still took care of us in a way as to not interrupt our long overdue conversation. Â
Another plus was when me and Grandma went to the restroom. Spotlessly clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Maybe its just me but a restroom kept up that well says a lot about an establishment.
First time at Dai Bai Dang for me and although I don't get to Fresno that often I will definitely be back the next time I do.
I've been here after an afternoon wandering around all the shops nearby, so I was really hungry at that point. I ordered Pad Thai, which I assumed that could easily be good. But I was wrong, it was less than acceptable, worse Pad Thai I've ever had despite its overpriced. I didn't even finish half the dish.
The service was good though. I still don't understand why it's crowded that day, so maybe I'd come back one more time to have a chance to change my opinion.
My mom and I were out one day and neither of us had ever been here so we thought we would stop. I'm glad we did.
My husband doesn't like Asian food. I love it. It's only times when I'm out with other people I can indulge. Dai Bai Dang is a bit more upscale. It also means it's a bit more pricey. But, if I'm not paying, then I'm fine with it!
Our waitress was okay. She seemed a little out of it. I don't know if it was because it was early lunch (11:30) but she just seemed to be somewhere else. I had to flag her down to ask her questions about the menu. It's okay though, because I'd rather have to flag someone down than have someone hovering. Plus she was giving lots of attention to the table of men by the side of us. Could you blame her? She wanted those tips!
They have a "specials" menu and I ordered the BBQ Grilled Shrimp. You get 4 skewers with 4 large shrimp on each one. It comes with your choice of rice, white or black. I chose black since I'd never had it before. It comes sizzling to your table also, on a bed of sweet caramelized onions. Oh goodness it was yummy! ($14.95)
My mom got the Seafood Pan Fried noodles. It included shrimp, scallops, white fish, baby corn and mushrooms. She thought it was delicious. ($14.95)
We shared an order of pot stickers for appetizer. These aren't your typical pot stickers though. They are huge. Like the palm of my hand huge. I could have easily just made those my meal. ($8.95)
The food was good. Tasty and served quickly. I would go back again if I had the chance. I've always wanted to try it and I finally did. Knock one more off my list!
Had lunch here given the review of this place, oh boy were we wrong! The food was not tasteful at all. Â I won't be eating here or Chinese food for a while - that's for sure. Â This is an upscale Panda Express and if you're looking for delicious Chinese food look else where. Not only that but for the taste worth of the food it was NOT worth it. Â Do not make a mistake coming here, again, if you want real Chinese food GO else where. Â
PS I learned the hard way today, but if you don't see Asians eating there, there's probably a reason why.
I'm not a huge fan of Chinese food, but I did enjoy the selection Dai Bai Dang's menu offered. Â We had the Cantonese Chicken Lettuce Wraps as an appetizer which were very good. Â The hot chili sauce served on the side was excellent! Â For our main entrees we stuck with the traditional Orange Chicken and Broccoli Beef and both were acceptable... nothing extraordinary to make this restaurant stand out though. Â The rice we were served was burned. Â
The atmosphere was a bit on the chaotic side which made it difficult to enjoy the company we were sharing dinner with... We could hardly have a conversation over the noise! Â It would be nice if the restaurant was a bigger and had more booths to prevent it from feeling like a cafeteria. Â Also, I thought the prices were a little steep for the quality of food offered.
We'll come back to Dai Bai Dang only if invited by our friends or to share an appetizer if we have time to kill before a movie.
Came here with a group of seven on a Saturday night and we called ahead an hour to put our name in. We happened to go the weekend of Chinese New Year so they had performers out with drums and a dragon costume. It was very entertaining!
This place is family style so going with a group is nice cause you will get to try more dishes. We ordered the special app which were steamed pork buns and they were the highlight of the meal. Everyone really liked them and the sauce they came with. The other favorite entree was the Cashew Chicken. It had very good sauce and it was flavorful. I ordered the Orange Chicken and was very disappointed in it. It was tough and overcooked. The Crispy Beef had so much garlic in the sauce I did not enjoy it.
Overall the service was very good. They were so busy, but our waiter was very friendly, didn't rush us, and was knowledgeable about the menu. It was $30 a person which wasn't bad for how much food we got. We had tons of leftovers.
I hopped on the Dai Bai Dang wagon very late. While everyone was telling me to try this place I was off doing who-knows-what. Anyways, I'm so glad I finally tried it! I was really impressed.
They had an amazing deal. Two entrees, an appetizer, and two movie tickets for $50. And for DBD, I think that was an phenomenal deal. The first time I came here I tried the lobster tempura. And wow, I'm addicted. When I came back for the deal they allowed us to substitute the lobster tempura since it wasn't on the list of appetizers that you could choose from. That made my day.
Their service, while nice, is mediocre. Not really amazing, but it wasn't  terrible. As for their prices, they definitely could lower them.
Nevertheless, I will definitely will be coming back here again.
I went here for the first time last night (Friday) with my roommate. Â It's kind of small, and pretty popular, so we ended up having to wait about 35 minutes, but the food was worth it. Â The service was spectacular -- our waiter was very friendly and we got our food probably seven minutes after we ordered.
My roommate got Mongolian Beef and I had the Crispy Chicken. Â Both were excellent. Â They were well flavored and both had the right balance of veggies, meat, sauce, and seasonings.
Each of our entrees was approximately $13, and were both large enough for two people to split. Â I ended up bringing my leftovers home and had the rest for lunch today. Â Yum!
Highly recommended!
Dai Bai Dangs is one of my favorite restaurants to dine at in Fresno. This restaurant has an innovative menu with many interesting and delicious dishes to choose from. I never come here without ordering the Taiwanese Rice and the California Spring Rolls because both dishes taste great! The service is usually great, too. I noticed a lot of reviewers refer to this place as a Chinese food restaurant, but personally I'd categorize this restaurant as Asian Fusion because their chefs take elements of cuisines from various cultures and construct their own, unique dishes.
The only downside to this restaurant is that since their opening, I've noticed that like so many other restaurants in the Valley the portions have gotten a bit smaller.
2 Stars mean: Meh, I've experiences better..... and let me tell you I have experienced better from DAI BAI DANG. Â What is going on here????
My wife and I used to love this place. Â I mean I am proud to say that it was better then that P.F. Chang place down the walk. Â I am beginning to wonder if I was wrong to have ever said that.
I am not a seafood person, and this place has plenty to offer that is not seafood. Â I usually get the Orange Chicken, the Lemon Chicken, or the Crispy Chicken, however this time the Orange Chicken it was.
Either the plates are getting bigger or the portions are getting smaller. Â I mean the amount of chicken for 11.50 made Colonel Sanders roll in his grave.. AGAIN!
Our appetizer was the Vegetable Spring Rolls, and i swear hey used to serve them with 6 rolls then down to 5 rolls last time we were there, but this time there was 4. Â I mean come-on, do I even go back and dare find this has been cut down to 3. Â If so, that will have become a sad day for Dai Bai Dang.
My wife loves the seafood melody with the pan fried noodles. Â The noodles were soggier then-all-get-out. Â The portions are different sizes each time we go there, getting smaller and smaller with each visit.
One of our biggest complaints has been is the use of MSG. Â They will swear that they don't use it, but my wife who is majorly allergic to it has had problems there the many times we have gone.... even enough to write the management directly with her concern to receiving nothing but gibberish back from them saying they do not use it; yet every 'MSG-sickly' that I know who has gone there to eat within the last year has come out feeling like shit.
I only have one piece of advise for them. Â If you keep letting the place go, the dining room will stay empty.
I loved your food, but I am going to have to part ways for a bit.... just until you can be better again!
First off, I wouldn't call Dai an authentic Chinese restaurant. It's a good Chinese themed restaurant and should be approached like that.
We started off with pot stickers and man were those tasty. Filled with a pork filling and cooked perfectly.
We got the orange chicken and it was very good, not over cooked. We also had the crispy beef and that was well above average. Fresh crispy veggies in the dish and the meat was cooked just right. A little too much sauce for me but you can always request less. The last dish we had wash Vietnamese Rice. This dish does not disappoint, it is filled with all kind of meat and veggies and the rice flavor is excellent.
The restaurant was very clean and the staff was attentive. The manager was walking the floor and personally asked how our table was doing a couple of times.
They can accommodate large parties and we had a good time. Will return.
Gotta stick up for Dai Bai Dang a bit here too. Â I think that though it's not your "traditional" Chinese food (talk to one person from the mainland to see what you think is authentic Chinese and prepare to get shot down!), it is really tasty and fresh.
What I like: they don't overcook scallops (most places do); they make an amazing seared ahi salad; hey have THE BEST potstickers in town; they offer great deals with a movie; they know how to make spicy, spicy; they cater to both the carnivore, vegetarian, and most people in between; the prices are very reasonable for what you get.
What I don't like: they can be heavy handed with the sauces (request less, easy fix); they screw up that dish with the perfectly cooked scallops with these odd wafer things....I'll try it next time without, or maybe substitute water chestnuts and peppers and onions. Â That's the worst I can think of offhand.
Don't think I can recall anything being too salty, and let me quantify that by saying that the only thing I can recall adding salt to in the past 5 years is a can of Tecate...I'm not a salt guy. Â But we all have our own tastes and tolerances. Â They'll very happily adjust things for you, upon request.
If it weren't for this damn student budget of mine (negative income), I'd eat here more often. Â Still, my wife thinks the seared ahi tuna salad is the absolute best thing ever, and I love their potstickers and seafood in general. Â Other meat dishes, I find they use too much sauce, but think that's typical of Chinese food here (in the States (no freakin' idea about the mainland, I've never been!)).
I'm shocked by all of the bad reviews, because I absolutely LOVE Dai Bai Dang. I realize that this place probably isn't the most authentic when it comes to Asian cuisine, but I have never been to another Chinese restaurant that even compares to this place. Whenever I am craving Chinese, this is the first restaurant I think of.
If you are expecting hard-core authentic Chinese food, you are in the wrong restaurant. I swear by the pot stickers, orange chicken, and Dan Dan Spicy Noodles. Give it a try, you may just like it.
One word: Â SALTY! Â
The food is extremely average to below average. Â The dishes are completely drenched in syrupy sauces. Â I think my taste buds were injured from the two extremes: Â super sweet or super salty.
The service is good for the amount of patrons they always have. Â I have been there twice, wanting to give the place a second chance. Â I won't be returning again.
In sum, Dai Bai Dang is just a local version of P.F Chang's.
Dai Bai Dang used to be Evil's favorite restaurant in town.
Back then, what wasn't to like? Â Very good food...local place...good service...great location...
A couple of years ago, something changed. Â The food is still decent, but it just isn't as good. Â From the calamari to the orange chicken...just not the same. Â What happened, Dai Bai Dang?
I still love the Crispy Beef. Â I love it...and I'm not ashamed to admit it.
Despite this unabashed love for the Crispy Beef, this really isn't a destination anymore for the Evil horde.
Sorry Dai Bai Dang...step it up!
Dai Bai Dang, when it first opened it was one of the best asian fusion places in town. Even better than PF Changs.
The ingredients were fresh and quality was top notch!
After they went corporate, the quality had gone down and the service has gone down also.
I cant say its all gone down hill but I gotta say that there are a few stars on the menu.
1) Pork Chops - Great serving, 3 chops and a little spicy.
2) Spicy Calamari
3) Mapo Scallops
4) Vietnamese fried rice
If you have to go to DBD dont expect to much from the service (get your cocktails from the bar).
I know some people here feel the food is "mediocre" or not "authentic". But I'm Asian too and, to be honest, I wouldn't go to Dai Bai Dang for 'authentic' (instead you would want to come up here to the SF Bay Area for that). However, I would go there for some tasteful dishes. I personally LOVE the banana beef despite the hefty $14 price tag (so my New Year's resolution is to figure out the recipe!). It's not authentic (again, the "A" word), BUT it's a flavorful dish. The Malaysian white fish is also worth trying.
The service all the several times I have been there has been outstanding. They anticipate your needs even before you ask, and if you have feedback, they gladly accept it (like I told them they are a little slow every time in giving me the bill).
Again, if you want authentic, come up here to SF. But if you want an enjoyable dining experience rivaling PF Chang's and want at least something flavorful to remember, then check it out.
I think the food is mediocre, however considering the location and all it is not that bad. Â I live in SF, however I have to visit one of my offices in Fresno and Dai Bai Dang is close by. Â Coming from San Francisco, well this would be considered ok Chinese food, however considering it is in Fresno...you have to give it a break. Â I would say it is a couple of steps above Panda Express...
The actual restaurant is clean and modern...which goes against many "authentic" restaurants in the city...and it has an ok bar too.
Mediocre "East-West fusion" food at its finest.
"Dai bai dang" is Cantonese for tiny, family-owned, shophouse restaurants one finds up and down the side streets and alleyways of Hong Kong and southern China. They seat no more than 15 patrons, there's a menu sign on the wall, the noodle dishes are prepared at a noodle stand at the front of the shop; everything else comes out of a small kitchen in the back. The family usually lives over the restaurant.
I know a dia bai dang when I see one, and this is no dia bai dang. Instead, it's a hellishly overpriced joint that creates bland, usually very salty, duck, beef, and chicken dishes. I've had fresh spring rolls whose wrappers were tough and difficult to chew through, sizzling beef that was more like beef jerky, and sweet and sour chicken that was more like chicken candy it was so sweet.
I've been there three or four times, and I keep telling myself never again. Unfortunately, I have a friend who adores this place, so I keep getting dragged back.
If you can get past your frustration with the throngs of obnoxious high school students who make River Park their nighttime hangout, Dai Bai Dang may very well qualify as the best upscale restaurant in Fresno.
So many items on their pan-Asain menu are worthy of sampling; I've tried everything from vegetable egg rolls to Thai peanut chicken salad (yum!) to orange chicken and have never been disappointed. Â My absolute, unchallenged favorite, however, is the walnut shrimp: honey-glazed prawns and carmelized walnuts served atop tangy mustard greens. Â Incredible as it may seen, this dish singe-handedly makes Fresno a nicer place to live.
