a somewhat sketchy part of town, but there are a lot worse places in fresno. Â the first thing we saw was a bartender in a cut off teeshirt, a full mullet and a rat tail. Â a mixed crowd. Â a group of cougars were enjoying karaoke country songs, but other people were freely jumping in. Â a flat panel tv screen was showing clips from tractor racing, throwing cars off cliffs, and other white trash sporting events. Â 2 pool tables. Â a decent contingent of non-country 20 and 30 somethings. Â there is no shady or dangerous vibe, which is common in fresno. Â everybody was down to earth and there to just have fun - no showing off, no pretentiousness, no overly hick people, no meat market, nobody looking for fights. Â cheap beers.
