Sheer dive-y goodness.

Great Service! Cheap and STRONG drinks! I ordered a tall rum and diet coke with a cherry.  She already made it a "tall" before I even had to ask her. It had at least 3 shots of DELICIOUS rum in it, and she even gave me 2 cherries.  She saw I was wearing lipstick, so she gave me a straw without me even having to ask for it. This only cost me $4!!! What a steal! It wasn't even happy hour. This is just the regular price.

My husband had a burger, fries, and a beer. I don't remember what it cost, but the burger looked gigantic and delicious, and entirely home-made.  I did steal a couple of his fries, and they were honestly the best french fries I have had in a long long time... Fresh, hot, crispy waffle fries (not greasy at all, and they also looked entirely home-made.)

As a Los Angeleno, Starline is HILARIOUS!!!! I mean, this is the *IT* place to go if you're from Clovis. And it didn't disappoint in that factor, because my friend who escorted me there ran into like five of her other friends during the course of us hanging out there. Where in LA can that happen? Too funny!

I didn't have any food, but some friends I was with were eating pizza, and it looked edible. The drinks that I had were weak but good. I'm a lightweight anyway. ;)

The clientele is hilarious. Dive bar meets Wild West. I swear to God, it looked like there was a table of AA members at the table next to that. Either that or Wiccans. I just couldn't tell.
