I've been wanting to try this place for a while and today I finally did. Â It was pretty good over all. Â I went with my eight year old nephew for lunch and his lunch was under five dollars. Â Mine was under 9 dollars. Â The drink was $1.75. Â There were a lot, and I mean a LOT, of different things to try. I didn't make it to the salad bar but it looked good. Â There were a few things i did not like at all. Â The crab cakes were very, very salty and sort of strange. The steak from the make-your-own-bowl-and-we'll-stir-fry-it-for-you station was so chewy i couldn't eat it. And finally the sauce on the grilled squid did not taste good to me at all, thought the squid itself was definitely edible. All the other stuff was good and some of it was really good. The noodles were good; not fantastic but good. Â The best: i don't remember what it is called but it was large pieces of crab (imitation i think) cooked with a little butter and something else i can't remember but it was delicious! Oh man, i like crab already but this was good! Soft, warm and with the slightly sweet flavor of the crab. i would go back for lunch to try the salad bar and have more of that crab.
Review Source:Went here on a busy Saturday night with my family back in May 2013. Waited about 10-15mins not bad for a busy night. Sat us down and when we went to get food we were all in awe! They had a variety of everything!! When they said fusion they meant it!! There was different types of meats, Mongolian stir fry, sushi, dim sum, and dessert with a chocolate fountain! Wow I only seen this at LA buffets! Food were always filled never empty always piping hot! I love the way the foods were covered up by this tin thingy so no flies getting their nastys all over!! One of the best buffets in Fresno so far. Only bad thing is one female & male restroom. Have to wait when lines get long......:(
