A very disappointing experience. We had three in our party to start. The first individual ordered the veal marsala. He related that it had a strange flavor and was dry and tough. Guest number 2 ordered a burger. It was big enough but he too reported it was dry and disappointing. I ordered the stuffed shrimp. Stuffing was copious but lacked flavor and it too was dry and not appetizing at all. My vegetables were a fresh sauteed mix but were over salted. A fourth joined us about 3/4 through the meal. He ordered the tiramisu and stated it tasted like it might have been two days or more old. Our waitress Pat was genial and attentive but her satisfactory service did not offset an otherwise dismal dining experience. Overall grade a C-. This was compounded by the fact that management refused to honor a http://Restaurant.com certificate that was displayed on the smartphone. They insisted they must have a printed copy despite the fact that http://Restaurant.com has made provisions to simply allow customers to display the smartphone version. This seemed to be too much effort for these untech saavy individuals. Suggestion: Avoid this place!
Review Source:Calamari was decent... not rubbery, so that's always good! Washed it down with some Yuengling.
I was there during an interesting transitioning time. . . a band was playing a ton of random pop and rock music, which made it sound more like a bad night of karaoke in which someone hogs the mike all night. Â Then, they were prepping the place to open the floor and turn it into a club. I wasn't feeling either of these atmospheres, so if I go back, it'd be earlier or later.
