Sorry, but I had to drop a star based on my last Delancy encounterl...the chef must have been on vacation. The pasta was overcooked...thick & pasty & compromised by a tomato sauce  possibly seasoned with bottled garlic...the taste is undeniable, unacceptible & unspeakble. The meatballs that that came with the dish also  had that awful "garlic flavor". The hamburger was fine .....our wonderful waiter ,Guillermo, was willing to adjust the tab...we refused bec that's  not what we do. ....Instead he brought a wonderful strawberry shortcake on the house and  a creamy  topnotch cappucino....we will return because this spot has provided us with some fine meals in the past....hopefully they will get rid of the "bottled garlic" if that's what tainted their spaghetti & meatballs.
Review Source:First time customer. Â Do not live in Goshen, the place was recommended. Â We ordered a blackened chicken wrap with roasted red peppers and fresh mozzarella and steak dinner with mashed and house salad. Â We also had bar drinks. Â The price was decent for both the dinners and drinks. Â Both dinners were very good, we had no complaints. Â There is a separate restaurant area apart from the bar with tables which is nice. Â We sat at a bar table which was just fine and the service was real good and attentive. Â This is a bar restaurant, the food was pretty good for this type of establishment. Â It was fresh and NOT greasy or fried to a crisp (thank the Lord). Â We really enjoyed the food. Â However, I am not comparing this to a totally kiss your rear, valet parking, $75.00 per plate dinner. Â This is a bar/restaurant, it is casual, it is friendly and it is pretty darn good. Â We will be back. Â Also I have to add our drinks were not skimped on, the glasses were actually full ....... yeah, not 1/2 full like you get at other places. Â Another plus :)
