Dick's River Roadhouse

We tried the beer nuggets which we were really good, and ryan and i both got burgers. Decent burgers but nothing too special. they have tv's so this is a good place to watch a game.
Probably won't be back unless someone suggests or for their happy hour which is half price appetizers.

This review is based off of experiencing many Thursday nights here but this was my first Friday night.  

Thursday nights at Dick's is by far one of the best experiences you can take part of in this area.  If you plan on doing anything in a weekend you have to make sure you make it here on a Thursday night.  

They charge a $5 cover from time to time but it is worth it.  The drinks specials are actually specials and regular people come here to have a good time.  If you were anyone at sometime you would have spent some time here at Dick's on a Thursday.  With top 40 music, two floors, patio seating/smoking it draws everyone and anyone.  Dick's is a place that you stay until they have to kick you out.  

Now let me move on to my Friday review.  Eerrrrr!!!! Stinks!  Unless you like country night than don't come here because Friday Night Country sucks.  No one was here and now I know why I never came here on a Friday.  Our waitress was clueless half the time and the DJ strict to his playlist.  Even though there were only a handful of people here he wouldn't stray away from the country.  Even the people working here said that they try and block out the music.  

Summary:  Don't come here on any day but Thursday.

Am I really wasting my time reviewing Dicks?! Go here if you want wings with no meat and bread sticks with enough butter to give you a heart attack.  I can't lie, I liked the garlic butter bite things for the first few bites and then felt my heart slowing down.  The beer on tap tastes weird, but is on sale on Thursdays! Maybe for a reason haha. I have had wine here and it is just your run of the mill five dollar bottle in a plastic cup, but it hits the spot!  I would not recommend this place on Thursdays for anyone over the age of twenty two and of course not if you do not like to get groped while walking around.
