One of the few korean restaurants near me. Cute spot. Friendly staff. We came in on a Sunday afternoon so it was quiet plus there was a Bears game too (there's a tv on their wall so we could watch the game too!).

I ordered the kalbi - yum.

A friend had the kimchi and porkbelly which was delicious! There's also a nice kick to it. Another friend had kimchi fried rice which she enjoyed.

For some reason, there was a cold draft and it wasn't even from the front door - we think they must have kept the back door in the kitchen open... the draft made my food cold real fast :(

Below average food!!

Tried their delivery, so not sure if things are any better in the restaurant.

Bulgogi - dripping with oil, the beef slices looked more like Italian beef shavings. Kimchi tasted weird.

Mango Smoothie - tasted bland and dilute. Tapioca balls were gross.

I am sorry to put this review, but the food we ordered just wasn't good.  We ordered spicy pork and chicken wings.  Neither of them was up to our expectation.  Espeically for the spicy pork, we seriously thought that we might be able to cook a better dish ourselves.  

I had no issues with their service.  The people I talked to were nice.  I really hope this place do well, but I personally think there needs to be some improvement with the quality of food.  I think the price is reasonable.
