Decent, but not great. Very smokey, lame, loud music. Really not an Irish Pub. At least not an Irish Pub I frequent.

Never been here before and I propably never will be back.
The prices of drinks are bit steep for the area and what you get, kinda weak a bit.
The staff is dressed cute but some of the ladies need to rethink their skirtshortness.
I dont like starvecones or bimbos, but just saying.

The food on the other hand was AWESOME. i would just get the food, we had quessadillas (ordered veggie but got meat with it...) and fish and chips.

Both were great. just the drinks.. meeeh

Live band was great, just bit loud.

NYE 2011.  Thought this would be a fun place to try.  From what I saw this is definantly a locals bar.  Saw some guys WIFE get pushed by a guy, and then the manager ejected the guys HUSBAND while letting the drink regular stay in the bar.  From what I understand, tabs are often padded...but it's okay, because the bartenders apparently overpour for that specific reason.  If questioned, you are asked to leave the premesis.  Lots of industry people, lots of guys, very few women.  Haven't tried the day time, but I doubt I will.

Nice place to hang out and have a couple of beers.  TV's were outside on the patio which was good to see the game on a Sunday.

Most things on the menu are just Meh, but the beef sandwich wins.  Like really wins.  Tender sliced beef, creamy yummy horseradish sauce and a small cup of jus for dipping.

Great bar. Best wings in the area. Very smokey, though.

We use to be regular customers at Dublin. But what happened about 30 days ago we will never go back. My girlfriend passed out after drinking 1 beer 20 minutes after we enter the bar and the staff was very rude and very uncaring for her situation. My girlfriend had been having female issues this week but after she drank 1 beer she dropped to the floor for no apparent reason.  As soon as she collapsed the staff kept telling us she was on drugs and had to much to drink.  I knew this was not true because I was with her the entire day and she only drank 1 beer prior to entering this establishment. The staff at Dublin really needs training in these situations. They shouldn't jump to conclusions that all patrons are drunks or druggies.

This place gets the job done! Basically sums it up :)

Always a lively crowd. Tends to be the hang out for the service industry workers in the area. Been here a few times, and truthfully I haven't seen it ever dead. Last time I went it was karaoke. Bah, oh well! Not my flavor, but I can't hold them against the people that sing like bullocks.

I tried the wings too! If you're an addict to spicy, try the O'Malleys sauce. Top notch!

It said Free Wifi on the door, but I didn't see a network to connect to on my mobile.

The lassies are pretty cute if you're into the school girl thing :)

Headed out to see one of my favorite bands play here. This place had a lively crowd, good service, good drinks, excellent sound and the live band put on a helluva a show! (Money 4 Nothing.) we had a great time watching the crowd and sipping on drinks! I personally wish it were a non-smoking place - poor ventilation + smoke + asthma = I couldnt breathe for several days after our visit but other than that it was awesome!

I went there on a Wednesday night and to my surprise, karaoke night!  Now, I do love me some karaoke. But I agree with the people who wrote before, it's very different inside. It's a bar/restaurant look but it's supposed to be an Irish pub?  But, it's definitely not fancy and I can see why they haven't cared much to change the way the inside looks.

It's definitely smoky in there so if you don't like that atmosphere, DO NOT ENTER! I was going to give three stars but I kicked it up a notch because the service was awesome, karaoke songs were fun and up to date and it was packed so they must be doing something right.

Tuesdays I believe is $3 you call its so if you're looking for a cheap drink, hit it up.

This place has gone downhill as of late.  Sub-par drinks, lame live music, overweight waitresses who dress like complete whores. No thanks.  At least the food is pretty good.

I miss the way it used to be 2 years ago!

E for Effort! and I mean that in the best way possible. This venue used to be a Black Eye Pea before they converted it to a bar. Though, I just feel it lacks the feel of a full blown bar. Dont get me wrong, I like this place but you can still feel the Black Eye Pea feeling of it. Which is why I know it used to be a Black Eye Pea place, because it looks like one. I think.. or it was something else before. But there is a center area of the bar that is dark and feels like a Irish bar with bugs being served and musty smell feeling and etc. Though, and area outside of the inside bar area, just still screamed cafe to me. Needless to say, it worked out great for what they are doing on Monday Nights. Poker Night, they had the option of making the tables into poker tables and having a huge group of people play poker and have a good ole time. It had plenty of TV's and lots of beer specials on the walls. Though, dont get me wrong, i love my American sports and etc.. But just like every other sports bar in Fort Worth, they just played football and baseball. Still not a place for that true irish man that likes Rugby, Soccer, Cricket or etc.. Just seems like an american type of bar that has a flare of Irish to it.

Dont get me wrong, I like this place and Im sure to go back and have a great time. But I must admit the staff was very attractive! They had short plaid skirts on with knee high boots with skimpy tops that allowed anyone to see skin/cleavage. So that is a plus, But if you ever been to a Irish pub, they have live music alot of the time and have a HUGE selection of beers from all around the world. Not saying this place didnt, but just seemed like your american made beers and etc.. Also Irish bars have a passion to them with history and family background..

Example: Richmond Arms in Houston, might not be irish but has a huge passion in the bar. Has a huge ora about this place that makes it comfortable. You can read about the history of the bar and people that have came in and out of the bar. Shirts being hung on the walls from famous players of sports and signed autographs of famous sports fans and celebrities in Soccer and etc. perhaps familly pictures of the owners and staff.

Fados: You know you have passion here, always plays irish style of music and you can feel GREEN from the time you walk in. has that musty feeling and you always expect to hear that irish or english accent some where in that bar.. And those people call that place.. their 2nd home. Its a familly you are apart of when you walk in there.

But I like bar, just lacks that real passion. But great parking and a great place to join your friends to play games, have cold american beers on sale, have a smoke, go to the patio and watch cars drive by, with clean tables and clean restrooms.

So needless to say, will I go back.. perhaps not my first choice.. But I have seen better..

I tried Dublin Square for the first time last night. The whole ex-chicago group got together for a bears vs packers game watching. I think Dublin Sq. needs more waitresses but the one I interacted with was absolutely amazing. The whole restaurant's was packed, so was the parking lot.
Beer was cold and yes Guinness is on tap. The food took awhile but I wasn't worried, it was busy. We tried the Irish fries which were like Potato skins but sliced with a huge mound of cheese, pieces of bacon and green onions on top. The hubby ordered the french dip, overall the sandwhich was kinda small but he said it was great. I ordered the wings basket in honey BBQ and everything was quite delish. Overall, with two beers, two entrees and an appetizer the bill came to 33 bucks w/o tip.

My husband and I had been interested in trying this place for quite a while, ever since it took over the old Black-Eyed Pea Building.  We love pubs, and have been to a variety of good Irish pubs in the past, and were anxious to check this one out.  So when we were meeting a friend for lunch in the area recently, we suggested Dublin Square.

We were dropped our expectations as soon as we walked in the door.  The atmosphere is more like a Bennigan's with all the decor removed than any sort of authentic pub/tavern I've ever been to.  In total our party ordered chips/salsa/queso, fish & chips, and hot wings.  Besides the salsa (which was pretty bad for Texas), everything tasted okay - and the fries were even pretty good. But when all of our condiments (tartar sauce, blue cheese dressing) were served in prepackaged containers of fast-food chicken nugget fame, we were a bit put off.  Our beers were nice and cold, and there was a decent selection, but with flying saucer and other good places around, this is no real reason to return, and I doubt we will.

My rating system (for the curious):
Five Stars - Fantastic. I'd go often if I could.
Four Stars - Really good. It's likely I'll return.
Three Stars - Good, but I won't seek it out for a return visit.
Two Stars - I won't go again. This could be due to food, price, atmosphere, whatever.
One Star - I won't go again and I suggest everyone follow suit.
