EJ Sushi

Maybe we lucked out, but the Caterpillar roll was the best ever.  Fine eel.  Nice folks here too.

I got the shrimp tempura roll (a guilty favorite of mine) and a vegetable japanese udon. The shrimp roll was great, but very tiny! And yes, as mentioned before, it is made fresh, the boxes in front are just for display purposes I think. But yeah, my roll was very small, be warned!
The udon seemed small for its price too, but also very delicious. And be warned, it is SPICY! The broth at least, and it offers a nice kick to everything else, I just wouldn't recommend drinking the broth plain. xD
If you have the money to splurge on very nice, but very small rolls, go for it!

Not any better than sushi from a supermarket I will not be returning.
