We're so glad we picked Food for Thought to cater our "post-elopement" party! Â Since the celebration we've continued to receive compliments on all the tasty food, snacks and service.
Mary worked with us every step of the way to help us come up with a menu that wowed our friends and family and fit our budget. Mary didn't flinch when we told her we'd need to provide options for our vegetarian guests and several guests who can't eat foods with gluten. When we came to Food for Thought's facility for a tasting we were blown away by the food, service and professionalism. In the run-up to the event itself, Food for Thought coordinated with the vendor for drinks and the venue to make sure that everything ran smoothly. Their work paid off brilliantly.
If we had to offer any criticism, there were a few moments during the party when we could have used some extra attention from the wait staff to make sure that we were getting food and drinks, but since this was an informal event it was probably hard to keep an eye on who the "bride" and "groom" were. Â With that said, we wouldn't hesitate to go with Food for Thought if we had to make the choice all over again, and we recommend them enthusiastically!
Stumbled here by accident while looking for a quick sandwich place for my lunch hour during a conference. Â The cafeteria style was fast, but had lots of options, decent sandwiches, and quick service. Â Oh, and plenty of seating. Â Pricing was reasonable, unlike some of the lunch-type restaurants along the river in that area.
Review Source:If you want to not worry about anything, have people very happy with the food, and enjoy your day for the party that it is, then hire these peeps. Â They rocked everything, from the logistics of our slightly off the wall wedding (a surprise birthday party that no one knew was a wedding until an hour in and a lot of passed shots later) to the food and everything in between. Â Completely professional and worth every cent.
