WOW!
That sums it up about this little known gem. Â The Convenient Store across the street from my office serves up some of THE TASTIEST sandwiches I've had in Chicago.
The owner, Kenny, saw me looking at the deli counter and we started talking... Â I asked, "Got pastrami" - yep, "Got corned Beef" - yep, "Can I get that Pastrami with swiss on marble rye, mustard and hot?" Â - yep. Â
This place looks like your normal Convenient Store (you'll recognize the logo from your youth) but seriously has a fantastic deli and even... hold your breath Streeterville-ites, a kick-ass wine section... Â
Go in, try it out, ... Â I invite anyone to try and prove me wrong!
