Cafeteria style food, with a good selection. If you are looking for something quick to eat here or take back to work this is a pretty good spot. They are pretty speedy unless you get into one of the slower / longer food lines. Worth checking out if you are tired of your usual lunch spots.
Some of the food is pay by the pound so it can get expensive if you pile it on.
