First time here and probably the last time here.  The fries were the greasiest fries I have ever had in my entire life. I am assuming this is normal because they fry them in olive oil and not the normal canola or peanut oil. Since olive oil has a very low smoke point they can't get the oil hot enough to fry them properly hence the grease. The burger was ok, but on the dry side for me. It was definitely a grass fed burger. It tasted like other grass fed beef that I have had. I should have known better about this place when the soda machine is the most talked about thing in other reviews about this place. I did not experience the soda machine here, I have at other places, because I refuse to pay $2.79 for a regular soda unless I'm at Disney.

What a pleasant surprise! My husband & I accidentally stumbled upon this place during a road trip break.  Delicious!  And the staff is very friendly. I agree with others that the fries are greasy, but the burgers rocked our world. I ordered the Veggie #1, & my husband the Elevation Burger. Also got a chocolate shake, which was really thick & rich. A little much for me, but we will definitely be visiting their Miami location when we return home. Oh and did I mention the prices are great??

I like this place because it's new, but the store layout doesn't make any sense.  They need to figure it out a bit better.  Otherwise, yea, the soda machine is awesome haha.  the burgers are cool, I like how they display the health facts.  You can't beat organic.  Not a big fan of the fries?  They cut the potato right there (loud as hell), and you'd think their fries would be the main stay of the joint.  Oh Well, I still gave it 4 stars.  Give it a shot.

first thing as you walk in....i guess you walk up to the register waaay in the back to order..i had to guess because there was no sign or any indication that you "ORDER HERE"....

so we order (had to almost shout- even with only a few people inside you could barely hear each other) and then you sit and wait...

meanwhile...i start playing with one of the coolest Coke machines i have seen in this area of SWFL...touch screen with all kinds of choices for flavor add ins..very Cool..

then the food arrives....the burger does taste very good...true not five guys good..but good

the fries were good when they were very hot...but got cold and soggy pretty quick...

so not a bad burger...could use a little work on the store design....but the coke machine and the burger conveyor are neat...and the hippy-dippy-organic green concept doesnt matter so much to me so long as the food tastes good

and they are supposed to opening one in naples soon....so i will try again

Slightly better than In-n-Out, but nowhere near as good as Five Guys or The Counter.

Okay burgers; not the best I've had.  Nice concept on ordering, fill-out your own order.  Good, friendly service.

FYI - You pay when you order.   Waiters will come back by but if you want another drink, you need to pay again.

Went at lunchtime. You might think that the assembly line conveyor belt you see when you walk in might indicate that there is a tempo to the service but you would be wrong. 4 of us ordered at basically the same time and burgers came out sporadically over a 20 minute period.
The burgers are fine and tasty. On par with Foster's which is a short walk away and 5 Guys. Fries were great with the hint of olive oil and skinny. Loved those. Organic hamburgers and fries as a concept is about the same as non-alcoholic beer.  I like my burger with an I.V. drip of grease of beef fat from a steer on roids.
The unit that the restaurant is in  is cursed and has had a few other food businesses in it.  I really think when you are within spitting distance of Outback, Miller's Ale House, Red Robin and Foster's, you need to kick it up a notch. I was not feeling it.

Heard about this from people in Maryland and drove by the location in the Gulf Coast Town Center a few weeks ago, finally tried it out. The burger was smaller than I thought it would be but for $5.99, not bad. It tasted good. The fries and chocolate shake were good as well. I'll come back, just not get a burger, fries and shake as such a meal totals $14.

Burgers are good, not great.  Five Guys.  They're great.  The meat definitely tastes different and knowing its organic origin helped me not to feel so bad about consuming my 1000 calorie lunch.  Fried were also good, not great.  I would be back if I don't feel like traveling to Five Guys.

Very good burger and fries. Only thing I'd ask for is a turkey burger option.

Tasty burgers, fresh fries, and the coolest Coke machine I've ever had the privilege of using... so why 3 stars? Well, to start, the layout is weird. You've got to walk through the dining room to order -- well, you can walk around, by the kitchen, but nobody seemed inclined to do so, for some reason. The table service is a nice touch (you give your name when you order, they bring you your food), but the folks calling out names really needed to do so a little louder, as they were constantly calling out for the same people repeatedly. It got a little annoying halfway through the meal.

Now, the good -- the burgers are delicious, the toppings good (and most of them are free!), and the fries go from "potato" to "french fry" in the space of about 20 minutes. And the Coke machine... a touch screen that lets you pick your basic beverage (Coke/Fanta/Sprite/etc), with add-ons (vanilla, cherry, strawberry, grape, etc). The vanilla root beer was quite tasty.

A burger, fries, and Coke ran about $10. A little pricey for fast food -- which is kind of what I expected -- but not so for a sit-down meal, so it's all good.

Ok burgers. Ingredients matter, but i'm not sure they've found a winning combination. Certainly not healthy food. I dig that they post nutritional information on the menus. I think the fancy cooking contraption looks cool but it destroys the meat and doesn't hit that elevated level they're striving for. I'll give them a shot or two to see if things improve.

This place rocks. I left totally convinced I ate Healthy food. It is not very often that you wait for a place to open and it exceeds your expectations. Obvious care and training  went in to making this place work. Everyone including the Manager went out of the way to make this an experience. I had the combo half organic vegetable patty and half burger followed by the standard Double with cheese. It was like eating at an organic In and Out. The meat was better and the French Fries were healthier although you must eat them quickly. No problem. Keep it up!
