The atmosphere is great, one of the owners is friendly, but the food,,,
The food is zero stars. I've had better at ... darned near everywhere.
The service is pretty terrible too. Though the waitstaff smiles a lot and tries to be accommodating, they're not well trained, and they're very young. They seem more concerned with hanging out in the back than they are with attending to the customers needs.
An example of the poor service is that my partner's food was brought out, and I was brought nothing. a few minutes later (5?) my sides came out, but no entree. I slowly ate the sides, waiting for my meat which showed up about  2 minutes after I finished my sides.

I gave the 2 stars for the atmosphere, and type of cuisine. I REALLY REALLY hope they get it together. I planned to enjoy this restaurant!
