Fajitaville

Went for a late lunch while at the beach for a long weekend, the service was horrible! Sent my drink order back, twice, because the bartender, Jessica, could not make my drink right, when the 3rd drink came back wrong, I just gave up & drank my water. I was charged for the drinks I sent back. Our food was just "ok", could've had a better salad at Wendy's. My waitress, Heather, closed my ticket out, before we were finished because she was leaving & said any of the other servers could get me anything I needed. After sitting there for another 30 minutes, without any attention from anyone, I had to ask for service. The only thing Fajitaville has that appeals to me is its location.

Excellent location right on the beach which jumps the rating by one point. I had a lot of seafood here which was good but most of it fried. The fajita wraps are unique. The salmon is good too. The downside however is that its insanely busy most of the time and there is a long waiting time get seated. We got a good waiter though.

The only reason we stopped at this restaurant is because my husband missed his exit and we ended up across the Corpus Christi bridge.  Would strongly suggest that you just turn around and head back over the bridge and find another place to eat.

We ordered an appetizer, Diablo's (Shrimp Stuffed bacon wrapped Jalapenos) which were so over cooked the bacon was almost burned...and they were served with TARTAR sauce!  

Our entrée was the beef fajitas for two...which were basically boiled fajitas that were thrown on the cast iron skillet last minute for looks only!  These were the WORST fajitas I have ever had with zero flavor or salt and were served with Mexican rice that was white in color , which tasted like rice pilaf, and accompanied by no less then the most overcooked (and more than likely the previous days) charro beans.  

The pico was old...also probably yesterdays left overs...the shredded cheese was melted to our plate and the service was HORRIBLE!  Our waiter decided to clean tables first before even taking our drink order...and when he finally did attend to us it was obvious he was in a foul mood and neglected to even refill our drinks.

Over priced....horrible food...horrible service....avoid this place!!
