The Falcon Bar

The resort is very pretty, great amenities and an incredible staff.  Be prepared to be pampered by everyone there! the Falcon Bar is conveniently located in the hotel, they also have an outdoor fire pit that is very relaxing to enjoy a drink and a cigar or simply be awed by the stunning mountain views.  While enjoying a drink I urge you to try the cheese platters (they are built to order... yummy!) and oh la la... the truffles!  they have an entire page of different ones to much on, absolute heaven!!

One of my favorite ways to pass an evening in Manchester - sitting at the firepit (which is huge) with a drink and cheese plate. Excellent service, great selection, fantastic service. Sure, the clientele can be a little much; just remember that it means you're getting good people watching/stories as part of the deal.

What a nice little bar to order a drink before dinner or after or even a late night treat! Step out the doors to the outdoor fire put and relax under the winter sky. The cheese platter and chocolate platters are simply delicious.
