  While visiting Tennessee recently I took my mother to lunch here and was very impressed.  It was around noonish when we arrived and the place was not at all busy.  The wait staff were friendly and attentive.
  
  Fatz exuded the 'southern hospitality' that I had been experiencing all week.
  
  The food was delicious and reasonably priced.  It is typical southern faire.  You can't really go wrong.
  
  My mother ordered their burger and I opted for the Chicken Pot Pie.  Mom reported the burger to be very good and cooked to perfection.  My Pot Pie was delectable.  This is a basic dish that can be made wonderfully or awfully.  Fatz pulled off the former!  This was clearly made with fresh ingredients and hand crafted for my enjoyment.
  
  I realize this is a chain, but the meals and service were anything BUT chain like.
  
  When I visit again, I am sure I will be returning to this establishment.
