  We have ordered there 4 times as take out.  I called after the 2nd time to let them know that the 2 times we have placed an order, both times the order has been wrong.  These were not large orders, but did give them a chance knowing they had not been open long.  When I went back for the 3rd time, and only ordered 1 sandwich, they got it right, but this last time they got both sandwiches wrong...again.  Not sure where the problem is, with the person taking the order or the person making it.  When we called, they even said they weren't even busy and couldn't understand how they missed it.The one time my order was correct it was a good sandwich.

  Outstanding sandwiches as always.  I had my usual NY Steamer.  I'm getting too old to order the large.  I can't afford the extra calories and besides the medium fills me up.  I ordered the large anyway.  I love Firehouse Subs!
