First Saturday night of 5280.We were served our water when we were seated, and after 7 minutes or so and no waiter,Iflagged one down and asked if he could locate our server. Several minutes later he appeared-interesting that the other server didn't tell him about my request.Problem 1 and 2.

Food order-requested my main dish be served on polenta or something similar, comes out with nothing.Problem # 3.

    Ordered a desert with milk-no milk.Problem # 4.

Waht I don't get,how can a customer sit in a restaurant on a busy Saturday night and be ignored by your waiter and what I find at so many restaurants, is that wait staff DON'T listen-I guess it is easier to assume. I am a generous, very generous tipper, left  a $10.00 tip on a $120.00 bill-you gotta EARN your tip!

    Delima-food good,service sucked.

    We will return,I guess...

Seems like the portions are getting smaller. This was our first time back since our visit about 6 years ago. My wife ordered a reduced portion plate of scallops. The plate came out with 4 scallops and hardly any veggies for $20. I ordered a $45 steak and it really wasn't that big (16oz). With the fat, I'm thinking really about 12oz. Food was delicious but prices are really expensive for what you get.

Outstanding service and outstanding food. My favorite is the bone in ribeye. Have been here for dinner many times and it has never failed to meet expectations.

You know, it was good, but nothing spectacular given the price.

They first tried madly to wave us into the "free" valet parking.  No thanks.  I'm perfectly capable of parking my own car.

I didn't want to have an excessive amount of food, so I opted for the mozzarella/tomato salad ($9.50) and the "small plate" of lamb chops and potato fries ($18.95).  My co-worker went for the ribeye, medium rare, and calamari.

Then... we waited.  At least four employees rotated asking us if everything was okay.  (Well, it's fine, but we're really ready to eat.)

The salad was flavorless.  It was three moderate slabs of mozzarella with a very modest sprinkling of balsamic vinegar and probably a dozen grape tomatos sliced in half, surrounded by a long strip of cucumber (huh?) and basil.

Okay, if you used enough of the basil, it was okay, but rather bland and uninspired.

I'm not really into calamari, so I can't tell you what that was like.

This small plate was... SMALL.  Like seriously tiny.  Those were lambchops from the world's littlest sheep.  When they said fries, yeh... plural... I ate both of them.

I went with a co-worker, but if this had been a romantic date, I would've been seriously irritated with the number of people inquiring as to how the evening/food/whatever was, and the number of times they kept asking.

For $36 including tip, I thought this was overpriced.

Good, but not great. Everything was fine, it just didn't have any wow factor. Del's is much better in my opinion. That's pretty much all I have to say about this place.

This is an update to a review I provided about a year ago, which detailed a mixed experience...this review is very different from that one.  First of all, after that review, I received a message from Audrey, the managing partner, apologizing for the negative side of things and offering us another dinner, and asking for another opportunity.  So, for our anniversary, we took the family.  Let me begin by noting that Audrey's contact and offer is customer service at it's finest...every business should operate this way.  This was an exceptional offer.  And, with this noted, our experience at Flemings was positive across the board.  From the lot-guys (Gabe), to our server (Jimmy), the service was truly exceptional, everything you would expect from a first class steakhouse.  And the food...wow...absolutely incredible steaks and sides.  I had been disappointed in my last steak there, but not this one....one of the best I've had.  Great support with regard to the wine selection as well...desserts phenomenal.  So, I'm amending the review...from mixed to exceptional, and I'm willing to believe my previous experience was not the norm for Flemings...in fact, I think this most recent experience, based on dinners there in the distant past, is the norm...first class.

I don't know if it was....

The prompt, friendly and STELLAR service
    or
The dim lighting and cozy atmosphere
    or
The most delicious dirty martini ever
    or
The melt-in-you-mouth steak my boyfriend ordered and the most amazing bbq seared Salmon I ate
    or
    reasonable prices...

but, it's the perfect place to ring in the new year[like we did!], date or special occasion! WOW!

Pointer: make reservations in advance. Whether it's via yelp or opentable, they are recommended as the restaurant does fill up fast! :)

My experience at Fleming's was the epitome of five stars; our evening here truly exemplified what fine dining should be.

It was easy to make online reservations, and when I did, I wrote a little note letting them know that it was my mother's birthday, so anything to make the night more special would be greatly appreciated. I wasn't expecting much... but you only turn 50 once (though in my dad's case, he turned 50 quite a few times before the candles on his cake turned into question marks... but I digress)!

From the moment we drove into the steakhouse, we were greeted with uber-energetic valets, and once inside, the manager and hostess both greeted us with a happy birthday and an offer to check our coats. Then, after we were seated, our waitress came over and wished my mother a happy birthday as well. Beautifully orchestrated.

The wine we had (Argentinean Cabernet/Merlot blend) was incredibly and deeply flavoured. Our filets (yes, we ALL ordered filet mignon that night... including the new porcini-rubbed filet) were cooked to perfection. Our appetizer and sides were tasty and went well with our main dishes (interesting take on calamari--a bit sweet, a bit tart, a whole lotta wonderful; the Fleming's potatoes and asparagus were, of course, top-notch). The creme brulee had an excellent mouth-watering crunchy caramel layer on top of the soft custard... my stomach is growling just typing these words and remembering this food!

To top it off, the chef prepared four amazing dark chocolate truffles, topped with sea-salt caramel drizzle, and it was, indeed, the most delicious birthday celebration our family has had to date. Thank you, Fleming's, for helping make a special day just that much more memorable.

Good Lord on the fast service. Everyone just take a BREAK! The service is impeccable, no matter how busy they are. They're almost....too good. Hmmm.

BUT, I'm sure a lot of rich people walk in there while living in the DTC and they know how to cater, there is NO doubt about that.

I recently had their Market Price crab legs (I can put away a pound of crab legs like a fat kid puts away the last of the Twinkies), creamed spinach (perfectly done, not too creamy), mac and cheese - deeeelicious. And now they have a wine app to help you match your dinner pairings, it's pretty sweet - you get to play with an iPad at the table. :)

The ONLY thing not over the top was the shrimp cocktail, but, then again, I'm really picky on my seafood and tend to compare this landlocked state to Boston/San Fran, etc. Sooooooooooooo.....

    Otherwise - five stars!

We came here for a birthday party this month. we had mixed feelings. Based on the price of the meals we rightly had high expectations. There were 7 of us and 4 of us had to send back our steaks because they were underdone based on the request. The meat was very good quality but too bad they weren't good at preparing to order. The wait staff handled it well and brought out extra sides on the house. But let's talk about sides. They were just okay, again for the cost we expected more. We were impressed with the service and the wine iPad is fun.

I visited Fleming's for the 2nd time as part of a group the Ribeye steak was Ok a bit fatty but tender my biggest issue was it just did not have much flavor and it did not seem to have been on the grill or whatever they use to cook the steaks long enough to get that good char on the outside.

my biggest issue was the service, I was poart of a group but they brought dessert out for the ladies at my table but not the 2 guys it was over 10 minutes before we got dessert and I neverv got my coffee, there are better places for a high end steak.

On weekends not choosing valet parking is difficult

I have had good experiences with Flemmings in general, but last time I ate here I had a very negative experience.  I ordered a filet they brought out a cut that looked okay from the outside but had a nasty tasting knuckle of gristle in the middle.  I stopped eating it and sent it back (no charge.)  20 minutes later I'm puking - the meat was bad...I have the stomach of a billy goat - the manager said she was sorry...that's it.  95 bucks for a reverse meal.  I would recommend spending a few extra dollars and going to Del Frisco's.   Mistakes happen but the test of a restaurants' service is how you handle them.

I have been to flemings in several states and a few times in Colorado.  The food is amazing and this was no exception.  Our steaks were perfectly cooked, food was brought out hot and everything tasted wonderful.  The servers were very attentive, our water was filled constantly, our car was brought around promptly etc.

The problem was that I felt like I was on a used car lot.  Every time I ordered something they tried to sell me something else.  It was very odd and by the end of dinner made me feel very uncomfortable.  It was so disappointing.  It is one thing if suggestions are solicited, if I am wavering between several items or if what I am ordering is terrible, by all means make a suggestion.  But to constantly try to up sell me at dinner was annoying.  It really felt like a corporation.

I am not likely to go back to flemings given the prices.  It is so sad because the food is amazing.

    Going Down Hill---!

I had gone to a Father's Day Luncheon in Los Angeles Flemming's previously, and for eating there I received a $25 Gift Card to use from then until the 17th of July at any Flemming's Steakhouse!  W@W!  I like that since I travel a lot... I'll just take myself out to Flemming's in Denver, Colorado next week and treat myself Again to a nice steak!

Well, here's that TREAT!  I made an on-line reservation for one at Flemming's in Denver and made it for dinner----- Yes, I'm a lowly-sole-Traveller--lol

While I was there, by chance, I ran into another colleague who was having dinner too and we ended up dining together!  How neat is that!---

Long Story-Short------- I turned in my $25 cert for dinner, and so did my colleague for theirs ----  The management (Audry) would ONLY Accept One Cert per table!  Only One!  We both opted out saying we didn't need Flemming's to show us CHARITY!  That we will pay In-Full and take our business elsewhere ....  We would not be coming back to this establishment again.  She said "Ok.."

The steaks were steaks, the service was Ok, and the atmosphere was challenging!

One glass of wine was a cork smell and taste, and the cleanup person after picking up my salad plate, dropped dressing on my chair when I had gone outside to answer a phone call...  I had to change chairs....yuck...

This Flemming's was not busy for a Friday evening...  Hummmm ??  I wonder why?!

    Out

Well, for a dark and pricey joint, how could you screw up a steak? Ordered medium-well and got bloody as hell. Waiter had taken the order down correctly, they just cooked it wrong. And so to correct the problem, they overcooked it. Not much else you can say about that...

Food is not quite up to Del Friscos level, as I found the flavors to be a little flatter. Nice place though, and pretty good service.

This place is very expensive...but darned if I wasn't super happy with the bite of steak I tried. My boyfriend and I enjoyed a $50 giftcard. and I mean we enjoyed it. The place is nice, warm, and inviting. It's not a stuffy steakhouse. Everyone seems happy to be at your service.

The apps, soups, and salads aren't priced that high. Pretty much what you'd expect from a steak house. They do offer smal plates for about $10-30. These are basically small meals with 4oz of meat and a small portion of sides. (The waitress explained they were new on the menu and explained the portion sizes without my asking.) I found the small plates to be perfect for my portion control way of eating. The steaks are astronomical given that it's for one piece of meat and no sides. The specials and entree dinners come with sides included. Sides are about $5-$10 each for family style sharing.

Here's what we had and our opinions:
Porcini Ravioli app: Quite delicious. Three medium-big raviolis with an amazingly deep, woodsy, buttery taste
House salad split: meh. it's a salad. Their ranch dressing doesn't seem house-made
Lamb Lollipops small plate: I had this. Three lamchops perfectly cooked served with a pesto of sorts and two polenta fries. No complaints from me!
Filet and shrimp special over potato puree: My boyfriend had this. Oh you should have seen his face when he saw the small size of the steak that was costing $40. Then you should have seen his face when he took a bite. I don't think we've ever had a better stak ever. I only had one bite, but it melted in my mouth. Oh, and the bacon wrapping the filet: perfectly crispy where it should be (for me) and chewey (for my boyfriend).  It was perfectly prepared at medium rare. THe only real complaints were the shrimp and potatoes. The shrimp were overcooked and there were only 3 of them. Seems pricey to offer three shrimp and a 5oz filet over 1/8 cup of potato puree.
Creme brulee: Shared. Delicious. Served with fresh made whipped cream. Again: Delicious.

This is a pricey joint, mostly because it's steak and they get away with that. But, again, I state how delicious it was. If you're ok saving up your money for delicious food: this is your place.

    Steaks: great; everything else: meh.

To celebrate my birthday, we had an early reservation and requested a booth.  When we arrived, almost all of the booths were open, though we were told by the hostess they were all reserved.  Even though we reserved one, it didn't matter.  We also asked our waiter, and he talked to the hostess, who repeated that they were reserved.  The booths weren't even taken until we were getting our check.

We started with the Fleming's Salad, which was OK.

We ordered a New York Strip and a Filet Mignon, and both were incredibly juicy and delicious.  My Filet was definitely more medium than medium-rare, but it was fine.  We were not impressed with the portion size of the Sauteed Mushrooms, but they were buttery and tasty.

The Creme Brulee was a total disappointment; ice cold and had a refrigerator taste.

Our waiter was pleasant but would sometimes be missing for long periods of time.

The parking lot is a mess when it's busy.  Spaces are very narrow and cars are often parked illegally, making it almost impossible to exit out of spots.  Park facing out if you can.

I expected more out of this place.  The steaks are delicious, but don't expect much else.  I wonder why they asked if we were celebrating anything, since there was no benefit of telling them (not even getting a booth we requested), except that the hostess said, "I heard you are celebrating a birthday."  Wow, thanks.

I eat at Flemings about once a month, but usually go for the amazing happy hour specials.  The happy hour menu includes a prime burger, tenderlion carpaccio, calamari, and other delicious options for $6.  They have a nice selection of wines by the glass and martinis for $6 at happy hour as well.  The bar area gets pretty busy on the weekend, so you may have to wait for a seat if you arrive after 6pm.
They also have a prime rib special on Sunday's, which includes a three course meal in the $35 range (they have changed the price on this a couple of times).  The service is excellent in both the bar and restaurant.

How does one rate a restaurant where you've enjoyed two fabulous dinners, but it's all payed for by work? I can't really give Flemings full credit for that, so I need to put the reality goggles on.

Reality 1: Exceptional quality steaks. The filet mignon may be the most tender and tasty I've ever had; The Flemings potatoes (au gratin with a bit of jalapeno) are THE side to get. 10*log(Yum^2) for you fellow math geeks.

Reality 2: Valet parking is almost mandatory, because half the parking lot is blocked off for it; Strange...It's not like it's the middle of a city, where parking is a problem. I found it a bit annoying; I guess I like choice

Reality 3: Impeccable service, except the part during dessert where I asked for decaf and they gave me full caf; I drank half of it before they noticed their mistake; Slept like hell.

Reality 4: Awesome wine list; We splurged decadently

Reality 5: Expensive! I would definitely have held back more if I was paying.

But I can't remember the last time I ate so luxuriously and in such a luxurious setting. Four stars for fond memories, and for my last dinner in Denver...at least for a while.

Tried out Flemmings happy hour on a friend's recomendation.  Dining here is too pricey for me other than a special occasion.  Happy hour was great.  5 of each: Cocktails, wines and apps are just $6.  There's an amazing burger for $6 and a $3 beer.  I had a martini, beer, calamari and burger and they were all fantastic...  I'll be back!

    Whoa!

Being a Fleming's veteran, I rolled in here over the Thanksgiving weekend from out of town (Des Moines).  It was laid out almost exactly like the Des Moines store.  Further, the service and quality of food was just as fine as I've had at any Fleming's.  Consistency is KING in a chain and Fleming's has this DOWN.  F'REALS!  Bubba was our server at the bar for the 5 for 6 till 7 promo and he was solid - truly a pro.

This is an excellent steakhouse and the service is fantastic! We loved the ambiance here and they have great monthly specials and wine tastings on the patio.  All of the food is delicous, we normally do go for steaks here.  I usually get the filet mignon and my husband loves their bone-in ribeye.  They are always cooked perfectly and the Fleming's potatoes are amazing! We especially loved their wine list and dessert wine options.

When they bring your check they have the valet pull your vehicle around.  It is a great place for business dinners, romantic dinners or to celebrate special occasions.  We went here several times while in the area and would highly recommend it to others.   You can tell the management here are on top of their game.  They came to our table to make sure we were pleased with everything, we thought this was a nice touch.

They also have a great happy hour in the bar area.  :)

There's no way I could ever write anything bad about my experiences at Fleming's. From the moment you let valet park your car, to the time you're done eating it's an all-around pleasant experience from a high-end steakhouse.

Amazing food, great service. Slightly on the expensive side, but worth the money every time.

Flemings is actually owned by the same company that owns Outback. My girlfriend and I love Flemings. I used to be a regular at Mortons in the DTC and Shanahan's but now you will catch me at Flemings. The turning point for me is the quality of sides they offer. You can pretty much get a good steak at any steakhouse of this level but the sides and desserts for me tip the scale.

Love the bone in rib-eye but be sure to try the Flemings Potatos they are incredible. Similar to Au-gratin potato's but with some mild kick with jalapenos in them. My girlfriend and I love the desserts as well be sure to try the lava cake or the creme brulee.

We go here often and always leave very very happy and never feel taken for the price of our meal. This has become our "special" place. We still frequent Elways and Morton's but this place has won a special place in out hearts. Its a take on the classic butch steakhouse with a sort of softer feel to it good wine menu and a warmer decor.

    One of my TOPS!!!!!!

Oh and if you have to eat gluten free they have an incredible gluten free menu too.

UPDATE: So after my review, the owner of the local Fleming's contacted me and asked that we would give the establishment another try and included a couple of gift certificates for us to do so.

I made reservations a few days in advance and we waited only a few minutes before we were promptly seated. I had also asked that we not get our previous waiter, which they cordially obliged. Our waiter this time was Alan P. and he was much better in service and friendliness. On to the food!

We had the tenderloin carpaccio once again and it did not disappoint along with the seafood tower for 2. It was an impressive sight to see... served in a huge glass with ice and lobster, shrimp ,ceviche and king crab legs. It was decent fair but a bit on the pricey side. (Around $50 for 2 servings.) My wife's filet mignon and my rack of lamb was cooked as ordered, medium rare. A side of sauteed spinach and mashed potatoes accompanied the entrees as well.

We finished the night with my wife's chocolate lava cake, which she enjoyed very much.

Overall, this visit was a much better experience than our previous one. We will definitely be requesting Alan as our waiter in future visits as he took very good care of us.

    Flemings...you have redeemed yourself.

My evening at the Fleming Restaurant begin with the valet drooling over my date's car and unleashing a barrage of compliments - which
only made him proud like a peacock and happy to give a fat tip! (men..sheesssh) Walking into the restaurant, it takes a few min for your eyes to adjust as it's fairly dim. Once they did I definitely took notice of the rich ambiance in the set up and overall décor. Perhaps a sort of "Titanic" dining feel? We had a delicious bottle of Australian red - d'Arenberg 2007, knowing we needed a very rich red to accompany the mouthwatering steaks we about to order!

The wedge salad (with roma tomatoes unexpectedly!) started us out - ordered the prime new york strip and 3 words: Heavens.To.Betsy.
The black peppercorn, béarnaise and madiera sauces - put it over the top. We definitely took our time savoring! Service was excellent,
and the after dinner port we had (Taylor Fladgate Tawny) brought the evening to a sad end.

I'd say that Flemings Steakhouse truly is one of the top Denver musts if you are craving a succulent steak with a (hands down) amazing wine selection.

The wife brought me here for a birthday dinner and all I have to say is WOW. Everyone from the valet to the host to the manager knew our names and greeted us warmly from the second we walked in the door to the second we left. They also all wished me happy birthday, which is cool.

I am, unfortunately, eating gluten free these days and they had tons on their GF menu to choose from. I ended up with the NY Strip, well done, with the Fleming's Potatoes and steamed green beans. The waitress was very helpful in making sure that everything they gave me was GF and some good suggestions on the sides.

They gave me a free dessert to along for my BDay, and even tho I didn't have room for it, the ice cream and fudge were excellent.

They also came by and took our picture and put it in a frame for us, which was cool.

This was NOT a cheap place to eat, but if we wanted that we'd go to Outback. I'd definitely come back!

What a thoroughly enjoyable experience from the staff, to the food to the atmosphere. 5 star all around!

We came here for my hubby's birthday dinner. I made reservations on line and indicated he would need an allergens menu and that we were celebrating a birthday. From the moment we walked in they called us by name and everyone wished him a happy birthday.

I ordered the rib eye (medium - pink), the Fleming's potatoes and the green beans. Plus their fresh margarita and a pomtini to drink. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection and was well marbled which made it juicy. The Fleming's potatoes (which are sort of a scalloped potatoes) where creamy and cheesy. I could have eaten just them! Oh and I almost forgot about he bread, the spreads it came with where so amazing.

They took our picture and gave it to us in a little frame. Plus offered my hubby a little dessert on them. Service was helpful and attentive. Food was top notch and the experience as a whole was one that made me want to come back.

First off, I am not a fan of steakhouses.  I prefer to buy and dry-age my own ribeyes and then season and grill them to the perfection that I have grown to expect when I cook steaks.

That said, Fleming's ribeye was a very nice slice of meat, seasoned properly and cooked exactly as I ordered it - extra rare.  Service was impeccable.  Sides were delicious and large enough.  Desserts were great as well.  The wine list is very extensive.  Atmosphere was wonderful.

Overall, a very nice dinner and it was highlighted by the company of the three people with whom I dined.  Though I am not a fan of chains, generally speaking, Fleming's has the feel and quality of an independent steak house.  I will return when I am in need of a great steak dinner and don't feel like going through all of the work to make my own.  Seems the older I get, the less I feel like doing that work and the more that steakhouses appeal to me.

I was in Denver visiting my family, and our holiday tradition was to go to Ruth's Chris.  However, as it closed due to failure to pay taxes, we had to find a new steakhouse.  We ventured out on an extremely cold and snowy December 23rd to Fleming's.

From the moment the valet opened our car doors, the service at Fleming's was second to none.  Every employee we encountered from coat check to wait staff was courteous, gracious & knowledgable.

The environment was classy, well-lit, nicely appointed and had very tasteful holiday decor... it wasn't overwhelming.  The wine list was impressive, as was the size and scope of the menu.

Every last bite of food was delectable.  The shrimp appetizer was the best I've ever had outside a coastal city... huge, fresh, succulent shrimp artfully presented with dollops of freshly-prepared cocktail sauce on the side. Expertly-made Caesars followed, which can really be hit or miss, so I was happy... and then finally our steaks.  They were cooked to our specifications, and great cuts, but not drowning in sizzling butter the way they are at Ruth's Chris.  That's either a pro or a con, depending on how you feel about that sort of thing.

The service was notably better than what I've had at other restaurants of a similar caliber.  It was a great experience, beginning to end, and I will definitely be back visit a Phoenix location, now that I know it's a chain.  They have a great happy hour where they offer $6 appetizers to get butts in the seats drinking their wines and liquors, and I think that's a great strategy.  I am excited for my next Fleming's outing.

This time Flemings served up a quality business dinner in a booth quite enough to hear conversation.  Rib Eyes were the popular choices and mine was cooked just right - MedRare.

Appies were okay...calamari and the seared ahi, which looked a little stressed from being frozen I suspect.  Pomme Frites came out cooler than expected so it was happily replaced with hot.

Service was excellent and the bar was outstanding.

Fleming's is AMAZING! I admit that I'm not that big of a "steakhouse" fan. Usually, I find them to be way overpriced for the flavors you receive. Yes, the quality is always excellent; but everything lacks the flavor we put on our meat at home. Then when I realized Flemings was chain, I was even more hesitant to try it. But I was wrong, wrong, wrong - I think Fleming's is the best steakhouse ever!

Seriously, service is impeccable, yet friendly and not showy at all. The atmosphere is relaxing. The food is delectable and always cooked to perfection. Last night we tried the prix fixe menu. We had spinach salads to start, the mini pepper crusted fillet with a truffle cream sauce and Yukon gold potato croquettes, a side of green beans almondine and the Fleming's potatoes - au gratin with mild chilis, so very good -  and banana cream brulee for dessert ($35.00 a person - all excellent quality and cooked to perfection). We also had two beautiful classic martinis (with bluecheese stuffed olives), a glass of Malbec and beef carapaccio as an appetizer. YUM!!! It was a great birthday meal!! Our server, Aaron, was very cool.

Also, they deal with issues very well also. Last year, on our anniversary, I realized I had lost my diamond out of my wedding ring during dinner. Luckily I found it later (in our car in the parking lot - it was in my purse). The point is, they couldn't have been more accommodating in that situation as well. This place is completely underrated for the wonderful quality of service, hospitality and food. A must for special occasions!!!

    My thoughts on Flemings:

    - Probably the most underrated steakhouse in Denver metro area
    - Terrific steaks but even better pork chops
    - Terrific wine selection
    - Pricey
    - Cozy environment

What sets this place apart from other steakhouses that I've visited is their pork chop.  I am very much a steak person but their pork chop is delicious!

I prefer Flemings over Ruth Chris or Mortons for sure.

    Perfect. Everything was perfect.

They serve a starter plate of crostini, olive & sun dried tomato, butter, celery and radish instead of the usual bread and butter. I think I prefer bread and butter but this was nice for a change. It's dim in the restaurant.. a candle light kind of tone. The music playing overhead was contemporary stuff you'd hear on the radio. I even caught some Red Hot Chili Peppers. That was different from the usual elevator muzak I expected to hear.

My server John was super nice. Everyone I came into contact was nice.. Nobody prick-like or anyone looking miserable to be at work. I enjoyed everything from the starter plate, Five Rivers cabernet, salad, mixed grill entree served on a hot plate, and creme brulee dessert.

I was not disappointed at all.. worth every penny!

    Oh.my.god.

I think it was the best steak I've ever had out.  I was amazed that this was a chain restaurant.  The food was exceptional (love the little cheese and olive spreads they bring out), drinks were strong and good sized (perfect when you are dining with a client), service was exceptional.  I only wish I had saved room for dessert.

Disclaimer: I don't really eat steak.  However, i worked in the restaurant business for many years and know good service and a good place to eat.

All that said.  Fleming's is one of my favorites.  The service is excellent, not quite Del Frisco's over the top service, but nice and engaging, I almost prefer that.

The Fleming's salad is one of my favorites, and i love salad.  I always get the tuna steak, which is amazing.. my wife enjoys most of their steaks, just be careful, some can be a tad over-salty, so ask and be specific.

another fave of mine they have is 1 pound idaho baked potatoes -- the waiters always look at me like i have 3 heads when i ask for it dry, but i dont need all that crap to make it taste good.

i LOVE their martini's.. the desserts are good, not exceptional, but solid.  Key Lime pie is one of their best.

oh yea, the coffee is good and i really like the valet parking!

Updated 07/2008: Someone who works at Fleming's saw my review and wrote me personally to thank me!  They are great!
