Very poor customer service. Upon finishing my meal I wanted some cookies however was told I had to again stand in a 8 person deep line whereas the computer at the cook check was broken. So I asked for the manger and he stated there was nothing he could do. They don't value their customers and the tables were dirty. However the burgers were tasty. I will go to another location for thevfoos and hope they have better service.

$5 KIDS MEAL!!!! I always get the kids cheeseburger meal. It comes with a 1/4 patty, fries, drink, and a cookie. The condiments are unlimited and fresh. They also have a jalapeno cheese sauce that I use to dip my fries. YUMMY!!!
Food comes out pretty fast and you get to use their soda machine for your drinks. They have the new ones where you can customize your drink with so many selections.

I am definitely a fan of this place.... the burgers cannot be beat! Every time I come here with my boyfriend he always get the pounder and I get the smaller kid size meal; each is equally filling. This place is pretty expensive, but the quality cannot be beat, they cook your burger and fries or whatever you order right there as soon as you order, real beef patties, which are juicy and delicious.
The staff is great at this resteraunt as well; they take their time to walk you through everything and with a smile on their face.
Pretty expensive, but as state paying for a quality meal; without the hassle of having to make it yourself at home. They have different types of burgers such as elk, buffalo, etc and the facility is big, open and very clean.
There is always a bar of drinks to choose from, free refills and also a condiment bar, which is always nice; but - expect to pay between 20-30$ per two adults.
Get the kids meal! Â We come here for lunch quite often. Â The kids cheeseburger meal is a decent sized burger, regular (adult-size) order of fries, unlimited drink, AND a cookie...all for under $5!!!!! Â Cannot beat that! Â The condiment bar is also fresh and unlimited as is the hot cheese for your fries. Â

The hamburgers are excellent and the food bar where you can add whatever you want to your burger is great. Â They have fresh baked cookies for dessert. Â They even have buffalo, elk, or salmon burgers. Â Going to try one some day. Â Love their chili cheese French fries. Â The decor with all the memorabilia from entertainment stars and sports figures is interesting. Â However, the music is usually loud and I don't usually like the songs. Â Where do they get those songs? Â People who work there are nice and ask how you like your meal and quickly clean up. Â Good place to eat that is unique. Â One complaint is that if you buy gift cards, buy them at the restaurant and not online. Â I bought online, and the $5 bonus cards are worthless. Â Corporate headquarters never added a $5 credit to them.

I love the burger buns; I love that you can choose how your burger is cooked; I love the fries; I love the cheese sauce you can pile on to your fries and burgers; I love the cookies; I love the shakes... I don't like chain restaurants that much typically, but no burger joint has drawn more favor from me yet than Fuddruckers does. Fudd yeah!

Here's the back story. When I was a kid, my grams would pick up my sister and I every Friday for dinner. Afterwards, she would take us to the toy store. I know, we were spoiled, but grams had all boys so when she finally got some granddaughters, she went nuts. Still does on occasion. She's so awesome. Anywho, us gals would pop into Fuddruckers and place our order. Always 3 burgers with fries and 3 chocolate shakes. Grams would go get a table while my sister and I would steal all her singles and quarters and go play video games until our grub was up. We'd go pick up our order and hook up the burgers the way we wanted them at the condiments bar. I loved that part. It felt so grownup. We'd stuff ourselves silly on good old american food then head out and I'd go get a Barbie on grandmas dime. Oh yes, it was a Barbie every Friday, without fail.
Now I'm all grownup (sorta) and still love Fuddruckers. Granted, I don't get Barbies after dinner anymore, and I don't spend quite as much on the video games, but the burgers here are as good as they ever were. When you order a shake, you still get the metal cup that the extras are in with your glass. This place has been turning out good food for ages. If you ever find yourself dangerously close to the Indiana state line, stop here to satisfy your carnal beef cravings. You can thank me later. Actually, just order me the 1/2 lb w cheddar and a chocolate shake. Then drop it off at my job two blocks away. kthnxbye.
Fuddrucker's has some great burgers! That is really all I can say. I love it how they are never burnt, not once despite all the hectic amounts of orders taken. Their milkshakes are so good and the dessert area is pretty nice. The macaroons are also really good. They even have an arcade and photo booth. It's a very fun, american place.
