Gary Howard Seafood

Best fresh seafood market on Chincoteague.  The first time we were looking for a seafood market, we asked the locals and everywhere we went they said Gary Howard was the best.  Since then, we have shopped at Gary Howards many times whenever we need clams for a clam bake or oysters for stew and they have always been fresh and delicious.  We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Ordered a crabcake platter and a fish and shrimp mixed platter for my 4 person family. We all came away happy. Off the beaten path and small, but we were thrilled with the quality. If you are looking for a simple seafood meal this is perfect. If you want fancy, overdressed seafood just go to Bonefish Grill when you get back home.

Small market with a small selection. We bought jumbo shrimp, 50 cherry stones and a pint of oysters. We cooked it all at home and everything was good. The prices I thought where fair, would have gotten a fourth star if the selection was larger.
