Freshest and healthiest food on the island. Lots of choices, a welcome break if you've OD'd on Woody's. Sit outside at picnic tables in the shade and enjoy watching the wildlife over the marsh--away from the hustle-bustle of the road. Our only complaint is that although the sign on the window says "food made to order", they were unable to put avocado on half of a sandwich or on the side.

I've been here for five days, and have eaten at Sea Star five times. 'Nuff said.

But - if you want to hear more, I'll share. Delicious, stuffed sandwiches on all manner of breads from pita and wrap to crusty buns. Salads and an amazingly good hummus round out the menu. And that doesn't even touch on the perfectly brewed iced black tea. They have consistency, my friends, in spades!!

This place is so amazing that, this afternoon, we bought a Greek salad with hummus  and garlic herb dressing to take on the road tomorrow when we head home. It's really that good!
