Consider my 4 star review a 5 star review. Â I never give a place 5 stars because I feel that there is always room for improvement.
This place was great. Â Security guards were nice and friendly, making sure you are having a good time. Â The wait staff is very friendly and makes sure you are taken care of. Â They do seem a little mismanaged but the atmosphere and overall service makes up for it.
This was my first time at a hookah lounge so I wasn't sure what to expect. Â However, the staff were helpful in advising us on what to select and what they considered a good flavor combination for first timers. Â I also appreciate that they didn't try to upsell us on things such as a fruit bowl or a milk or champagne base.
We did have to request help from the staff as far as changing out coals or adjusting them as the smoke would get harsh at times but when we asked for help, they were more than happy to assist.
They have a full bar and a great smoking environment with a DJ, at least on the weekend that I know of. Â Overall, we had a great time and we will be back even though we live 30 miles away!
I can't be too harsh because their hookah isn't that bad (assuming the guy with the coals comes around at least once or twice during the 2-3 hours you will be there). If you're not there for 2-3 hours, good luck, you probably won't get any coals... We've asked them to turn down their music on numerous occasions because none of us could hear each other. The music is also outdated and appears to have been arranged by a 12-year old girl in 2006. I've never seen an actual DJ here... Service is in need of major improvement. Once they take your order, they're pretty much done with you (I've seen people wait up to 15-20 minutes after being seated for a waiter/waitress to approach them). Seems like they know/acknowledge this lack of service with their "swag" or "boss-like" attitude. Either way, this is not the way to go and is perhaps one of the reasons whey they include automatic gratuity when you ask them for your bill (most people would probably refrain from leaving them a tip, if given the choice). All jokes set to the side, I would probably come back here because there aren't any half decent hookah spots in Northern Glendale. Food is worth giving a try and isn't as bad as some other strictly hookah spots I've been to.

Disgusting attitude ! Bad service! They don't care at all! Why do they even work there as a server if they are not even gonna come ask us if we want to order something. Got our orders wrong 3 times!!!! Ridiculous ! I hope the manager is not aware of this , otherwise she/he sucks at it. Never will go there, ad will make sure noone I know goes there. Terrible service! Very dissatisfied ! And the food ( besides being wrong) was cold when they attempted to bring the right one. Asked for water got it with our bill!!! That was overcharged... You get the rest

great place to hang out with some friends. they have great music great service and great hookch. nick and rob are great they never let your coals go out and alex and chantel are some awsome servers. and if your looking to have a good time geo is always somewhere dancing around....even if he does have a knee brace on.
Review Source:This place is AMAZING!! Of all hookah places I've been to, this has to be one of the best. Service is amazing and hookah is great. The staff is very friendly and might I add VERY attentive. I've been coming here since August 2012 which is when they first opened and every time I come I can swear that it just gets better and better. Music isn't to low and isn't to loud it's perfect for friend gatherings cause you can actually hear each other as opposed to other places the music is just loud and obnoxious. I highly recommend this place. I would never go anywhere else.
