George's Cafe

I have enjoyed every meal I've had from George's. Great lunch place for food that is closer to home cooked. Good flavor, good portion sizes, reasonable prices.
I've only eaten at the George's in the Union so the space/ambience is not much worth mentioning. I will say all the employees have always been pleasant and quick. Great options for people so if you have a few picky folks they'll still be able to find something to eat. Love that this is a locally owned place with good food in Terre Haute. The Gyro's are especially good, as are the fries. But I've also enjoyed the Chicken Sandwich.

I love this place and always will. The food is top notch, the service is old school diner style. The prices are great. I hope George's lasts forever and never changes.

Solid Mediterranean food in Terre Haute.

Food is cheap and staff is friendly. Some of the quality of ingredients (i.e. olives) leaves room for improvement, but its difficult to complain on the price point. Great lunch.
