A decent neighborhood bar near the path station. The bartenders are nice and they have some appetizers to chomp on. I ran into Matt Pinfield from MTV here which was funny (he lives in town) and we ended up having a long convo. Apparently he likes to talk about music A LOT. Who knew? It's fairly small inside but comfortable and they have a pretty extended happy hour
Review Source:Decent little place, walkable from the subway. Â I've been here a few times to see specific DJs, and had a good time. Â The staff is friendly, and they can pour a proper guiness. Â I didn't see much else around this neighborhood that looked too interesting, so +1 to them for being a beacon in a wasteland.

Just wanted to do a quick shout-out for them having stayed open by candlelight and allowing people to leave their dark homes and spend some time in a dark bar instead! Conversations, drinks on ice (no, they had no power but they drove way out of the way just to get ice) and some tunes on the radio made everything seem a little more normal than it has been of late. Thank you guys!
Looking forward to the next Punk Nite so I can spin some tunes again!

I've lived in Harrison for 4 years and i happened  to have one of those Thursday afternoon where the only thing i wanna do is to relax and drink a beer... i go in and the people sitting at bar i assumed owner hanging around with its crew, cause with bartender together with kitchen back crew they tell me to be quit  but like outrageous when other people is being so more loud than you, anyway being very annoying when the only thing you want is to relax.... i leave saying i'm not gonna pay for this bad service and i leave my cc. there with me not even staying for more than half and  hour and i take off home disappointed, anyway they go out the door and give me a good buy whit a fuck you finger sign and yelling out loud that they don't need me.... i surely didn't wanna get my stress away this way... please! don't go if you wanna do so as well.... of course only go if you wanna get yelled out and get kicked out of there from drunk owners and female bartenders.
Review Source:3.5 stars The Greenroom is a cool-out kind of bar where you can relax and have a good time. Its close proximity to the Path will give it some great exposure as the area is undergoing a decent renovation. This place, hands down, has the best bar food in the area. Their wings (all kinds) are a sure shot and never fail to disappoint. Good place for some cold drinks and a bite and a good mix of different music.
Review Source:Greenroom is the best local bar in Harrison. Great place to stop by and pre-game before heading to the path train. Great parties on the weekends 80s night, punk night, kareoke just to name a few. The food is excellent, affordable and the kitchen is open late, best wings and quesadillas I have yet to find somewhere that comes close to competition.awesome happy hour specials all day 11am to 7pm! Great djs spinning everything from hip hop to reggae, soul, funk, rock and house music. Sexy bar tenders, great drinks, awesome experience.
