A buddy and I decided to try this place last night, it looked interesting. Â As we pulled up the place looks terrific. Â The exterior is very attractive and the interior is super clean. Â I loved the huge back bar that held all the liquor and of course the taps. Â This place I had high hopes for! Â The high hopes lasted about 10 seconds. Â We stood there staring at the empty hostess desk waiting to be seated and finally a waitress walked by and said "sit where you want". Â We sat at a table right near the bar at the front window. Â I saw one waitress, one bartender and one girl bringing out the food from the back that was it. Â We sat there for probably 10 minutes before someone finally came over to take our drink order. Â My first question was what was on tap. Â The response I got? Â "I don't know". Â My second question, do you have a tap list? Â My response, "no, it changes so often we don't print one". Â HUGE MISTAKE. Â The exact reason you have a tap list is because it changes so much. Â Put up a chalk board, print a paper list, get your waitresses to memorize the list, SOMETHING. Â We had to walk over to the bar and stare at the tap handles. Â Unacceptable. Â The beer was good and cold, so we decided to order some appetizers. Â As we sat there we finally flagged down the bartender to come help us. Â As she chomped on her gum the entire time, I asked about the wings. Â I asked if they had boned and boneless, I was told both. Â I ordered the boneless wings and another beer (she was still chomping on gum as she talked even). Â We got the second beer timely, then the wings came out about 10 minutes later. Â They were boned, not boneless. Â Did she even listed to what I ordered? Â At that point, we were so disappointed we decided to leave and go somewhere else to eat. Â Paid and left.
Someone needs to manage that place and manage the employees. Â When your waitress' don't know what beer you have on tap, you have a problem. Â When you have a bartender who is obnoxiously chewing on gum while you order, you have a problem. Â When you bring out the wrong food, you have a problem. Â It's disappointing, because this place has HUGE potential. Â TVs everywhere, great atmosphere, wonderful bar area...it has it all, it just needs someone to run it correctly. Â Hopefully the owner reads this and makes changes....hopefully.
