Would never eat there again unless it was a quick bite for lunch. We had two lunches and a dinner there. The waitresses were friendly and attentive. Our kids had hang tenders but the fries are seasoned wedges which my kids don't eat. Our kids also had burgers but the buns are taro which at the time we had no idea what they were and of course the kids wouldn't eat purple buns. The nachos are big enough for two but the cheese etc is only on the top otherwise just plan corn chips underneath so not enough topping.
We had dinner there the night of the fire twirling show. Made sure we got there well before the show. What a fiasco our meal was!!!!!!! We ordered two hang tenders, shrimp platter and a beef taco. One hour later our food had still not arrived, yet people who arrived and ordered after us had their meals. When I asked the waitress she said that there had been a problem in the kitchen but it was coming. Another half hour later our food had not arrived, the waitress would not approach me and was talking to someone who looked like management.  When I finally got her attention she said our food was coming but they had apparently cooked it wrong three times and had sent it to the other kitchen to cook!  What finally arrived was a fish taco, one hang tender and a chicken taco. Completely wrong and  one child's meal didn't arrive at all. Once I spoke to management he said that they would comp us to the new restaurant upstairs Kula Grill upstairs. By this time the fire show was well over, everyone had left and it was 9.00 p.m. My children were tired and really hungry and I was really angry. We went to the Kula Grill where the meal was comped but still had to pay for our drinks. My understanding was that everything would be free. Did not enjoy the experience as we were all over tired, hungry and angry. We never found out what the problem was. The only positive was that the waitress and management kept their cool, were polite and apologetic. Negative, the above and the prices were expensive.
