  99.9/100 I've had good service here, as long as you're out by 12:00 midnight. After midnight they open the doors and start pouring the bleach on the floors. After midnight, it seems you're no longer welcome.
  
  Aside from this the food and the service are 100% on point. Best cheese steaks in the oc, Fenwick area. That is just an opinion too, as I also think Pats is better than Genos.
  This review is only after going in late and trying to get take out food around 12:30.
  
  I'll let the reader decide of the small pizza we got was something you'd serve, or donate to a gallery as an enlarged skin cancer art piece.

  Fine bar with excellent food.  Best cheesesteaks at the beach.  Good, friendly service.  Good friendly bar crowd.  Highly recommend.

  best place i went to at the beach this year. they have a few varieties of cheesesteak and everyone in my party got one. i had the chicken cheese and it was great...had a great flavor, made the way i wanted it and not greasy. others had cheesesteaks that included pepperoni and other fixings that they requested and they loved it. onion rings were pretty greasy and a little dark -- prob wouldn't get them again.
  
  their version of the orange crush was made with fresh squeezed orange juice, very delicious.
  
  can't wait to come back here next year for their cheesesteaks!!
