I would give this place zero stars if I could. I was there with two other people and we were seated as soon as we walked in the door, however we didn't have a server come up to us for another 15-20 minutes. Which almost prompted us to leave because we saw them chatting amongst each other while we were just sitting there not being greeted or anything. The only reason we didnt leave is because we decided to give them 5 more minutes since we walked all the way from 14th street so we didnt really feel like trying to find some place else.
We were finally waited on and we ordered crab balls for an appetizer since this place allegedly has the best crab cakes in ocean city. Wow idk if I'm spoiled from the filler-less crab cakes I always get back at home (Annapolis) but for such tiny crab balls, they had way too much filler and definitely weren't worth their money.
Now the reason I actually went was for the seafood Alfredo. I hadn't ever had anything like it so I wanted to try it. It came with shrimp, crab, and scallops but I asked for it without scallops. When it arrived it looked really good so I was excited to dig in. My first few bites I just tried the noodles and sauce which was bland so I asked for old bay seasoning to put in it. Then I began trying some of the  shrimp, which was good. And then I took a few bites of the lump crab meat which I was expecting to be MD blue crab but it was weird and fishy tasting which led me to believe it was imitation. I had both of the other people in my party try it and they both agreed. When I told the waitress I didn't like the dish because the crab was weird and said "well it's homemade so...." really defensively, grabbed the plate and left my table. Later she came back and asked me if I wanted something else. Of course not.
Seriously, would never return or recommend.
There are much better restaurants in Ocean City, so don't waste your time here. I really don't know where to start with what went wrong here.
The food is pretty sub-par for the price, but I didn't even get that far because there are no vegetarian options. Yay salad for dinner! The salad wasn't bad, but the dressing was (I got the Greek dressing); are the ingredients vinegar, vinegar, and more vinegar? Needless to say, this would be a 1 star rating if their french fries weren't delicious.
Beyond the food? Well their beer selection is pretty mediocre; hope you're in the mood for domestic all made by Anheiser-Busch! Also, the dining room is always dark and looks like it hasn't been renovated since 1985.
We went for "Half Price" night, which is misleading: all dinners are half price, except lobster and crab dinners, which are half price +$4, except for some exceptions, which aren't half price at all. Seriously? This is a restaurant, not a crossword puzzle.
As we were finishing dinner, I was somewhat hungry for dessert and contemplated a slice of cake/pie, until I saw one of the waitresses wipe her sweat off her forehead before getting a slice for another table.
Another star redemption: they have Playmakers trivia at the bar. We didn't get to play for long because they don't have any TV's in the dining room, but it was fun for 10 minutes.
Overall, might be ok if there's a wait at the other 10 restaurants within walking distance, but otherwise not worth it.
