If you're accustomed to quality craft beer, I do not recommend this place. I come from a region with awesome breweries in and around my town. The atmosphere has great potential, they seem to have all the aspects taken into consideration. The beer on the other hand, is below average. I got a "skate" which is a sample of 4 of their beers. I got shark white (Belgian white), the 410 (kolsch), downtown sugar brown ( brown ale) and suns out guns stout (stout). After the flight, I was extremely disappointed and went out on a whim and ordered a boardwalk blonde which was the best I had. You know you're in trouble when your best style is a blonde. The service was also below average. I've worked in the service industry for years, and this service may  While walking up to the entrance, I was almost warned that this was  a brewery with a limited menu.  After saying yes, we know and we would still like to sit it was all down hill from there.
Review Source:Location, Location, Location!!! you couldn't ask for a better one for a brewpub than on the boards in Ocean City. We stopped for an afternoon drink and appetizer before souvenir shopping. Â we got a "skate" samples of their beers served in a skateboard. the two mainstays, the downtown sugar brown and 4-10 were well crafted and surprising good beers for a brewpub that just opened. a blonde and stout were not to the level of the previous two but they are new and will have time to tweak the recipes.
we got  crab stuffed tomatoes to share and this dish was the primary reason i gave Shorebilly a 4 instead of a 5.  i would almost call the crab stuffing a slaw, crab meat tossed in light mayo with minced green and red bell peppers.  this was stuffed in a gutted raw roma tomato. the tomato was hard and took away from the dish, maybe if it was lightly seared to soften it up some. next time sliders or mussels. the service was slow but that was mainly because the bartender also was waiting the tables outside. couple of pints and our beautiful view later i know i will be returning when in OC
We happened by this awesome brewpub right on the boardwalk at 9th street, so glad we stopped in and got some food and beers!
I liked the four-ten beer the best (410, get it?) and the sliders were the perfect amount of food for one hungry beach-goer.
Staff was pleasantly friendly, the outdoor seating was comfy, and you just can't beat the view or the beers! They said they rotate the style of beers they brew pretty often but they always have that four-ten. Â We'll be back soon!
