This was the worst dining experience ive ever had!! Waited 25 minutes after being seated before i finaly asked the hostess if we had a waiter or not. He finally got there and we ordered drinks and our meal at the same time since we had time to memorize the menu. Took another 30 minutes or so before we ended up getting dinner entrees BEFORE our salads, .and never got the bread and muffins that theyre so famous for! We finally get our appetizer (which we ordered late so, understandable that it was late). I then asked for another waiter and we got a girl named Ally who was very nice, pleasant, and apologetic for the other waiter. We asked for a manager, who also took about 25 minutes to get to us because he was busy talking to another dissatisfied customer. He also seemed like we were not right for asking to speak to him and that we were being unreasonable. He offered us a 10% discount, we talked him into a 15% discount and 25% discount on our next bill. When we finally paid, i made sure the initial waiter didnt get his tip but that ally got hers, and we gave the 25% gift certificate back to the hostess because we will most definitely NOT be coming back here! The food itself was very good but overpriced for the crappy service!
Review Source:This was our back-up plan when the Reel Inn fell through. Â We were there at night and had to sit inside, so it wasn't as nice if we had gone during the day and got to sit outside. Â We started out with some cocktails, and our waitress was clearly clueless about alcohol. Â She was useless in giving suggestions so we just went up to the bar and talked directly to the bartender. Â The food was pretty good--cream of crab soup gets an A+--but not sure if the meal was worth $100+ for three people.
Review Source:I do not know what this establishment is trying to be, but it hd not a restaurant. I own a profitable business and this is not how you manage and serve the public. Hostess is awful - food is mediocre at best - prices are too high. Â $121 for four people for lunch (2 burgers, a salad, and a sandwich + a few beers).
