I have been to Fager's several times for both the casual and fine dining options. I have always found the food to be excellent and my most recent visit on Monday evening was just as enjoyable as the last. My boyfriend made a 7pm fine dining reservation. We arrived early, so we sat at the bar downstairs and had a drink while waiting for a friend to join us. Â We ordered the hummus and homemade pita chips and a Caesar salad for our apps. The hummus and warm homemade pita chips were the best I've ever had! Â The hummus was very simple yet so tasty with a very unique flavor, unlike any I've ever had before. You can't beat homemade pita chips either. The Caesar salad was very fresh and of generous size. The 3 of us actually shared the salad and were very satisfied. I ordered the sea bass with giant prawn and plum sesame glaze. The portion was very generous and the sea bass was cooked to perfection. It literally melted in my mouth. The plum sesame glaze that the sea bass was served with was delicious as well. Highly recommend this dish.
My boyfriend ordered the cold water main lobster tail with veggies and baked potato. He enjoyed it, it was just ok, not awesome. Our friend ordered the blackened day boat scallops, he was pleased with them. For dessert we ordered the lemon lust cake to share. It was good, but not spectacular.
Overall we were very pleased with our dining experience. Having been here several times we definitely plan to come back again and perhaps try the casual dining. Each time we visit we always enjoy the sunset and excitement this place has to offer at sunset.
Fagers seems to be the #2 hangout after Seacrets in OCMD.  I went here on a Saturday night  for some drinks and dancing.  There was a DJ in one area and a live band in another room.  Lots of people were trying to escape the heat of the dance floor by spending the night on the deck.  I had the orange crush which seems to be THE drink in OCMD.  At a hefty $9.25 it was good but not worth the expense.  I would like to return to Fagers to try all of the Delicious food the Yelpers are raving about as well as take in the sunset on the bay.
