Hong Kong Express

Having grown up in Boston, finding a good Chinese restaurant has been rough since I moved out to western MA.  I was very happy to find HK Express!  Yes, it is a hole-in-the-wall type looking place, but it's what's on the inside that matters most.
Chow fun has been a rarity out here in western MA, nevermind good chow fun.  I also highly recommend their Sesame chicken and their crab Rangoon.  Most places overstuff their crab rangoon and HKE's is just right.  They have a lot of options as well as specials so it won't break your wallet.
It's not fancy.  It's mainly take out but they do have 2 booths and 1 table if you don't want to take it home.  Just don't expect to be waited on if you do eat in.  The kitchen looks clean and the owner Jackie is always there.  I think he takes 1 week vacations once every 7 years.  Jackie greets most of his regulars by name and is always smiling.
