Food quality is poor compared to other Hooters, order food to go and it is even worse, place could use a good cleaning inside and out.
Well back in town 4/26/13 tried it again for the last time, FILTHY, FILTHY, mens room disgusting pee all over the floor, entire bathroom disgusting, women's bathroom, no TP, filthy, told wait staff and they responded day shift did not do their job. Ate outside tables filthy, benches made clothes dirty, floor had not been cleaned in a long time. Service, had to ask for napkins, salt, pepper, indifferent at best. Food crablegs sat under hot lamp way to long, wings were good. Health Department needs to take a close look at this place.

Sheesh, this place was a graveyard. Walked in Sunday afternoon with the NFL in full swing and the restaurant was dead. I ordered 20 wings and received a shot glass of dressing...weird. Cost savings maybe? This location is still nice looking, lots of TVs, bar space, game room, friendly waitresses. ZERO ATMOSPHERE. I'm guessing Tilted Kilt and Twin Peaks have the customers now.

The rotted jack-o-lantern out front was a nice touch.

There's an old saying.  Once you seen some Hooters.  You've seen them all.

The food is nothing to brag about and neither is the staff.  They really aren't too friendly and all look under 16. We were checked on twice, if that.  The place was fairly clean and the beer was cold.  The bathroom was clean too.

I order the buffalo chicken since a friend recommended it.  It was like their breaded wings.  Way too much breading, barely any sauce or meat.  Seriously.  More breading than chicken.

Hooters in general really needs a major update on the menu.  The Hooters brand is well known, but the food is bleh.

I usually only come here for the beer and sometimes with some of my guy friends to check out the ladies but honestly, the food seems to be either getting worse or maybe I'm noticing a difference of taste when I'm sober and when I'm not!? Either way If you want great wings I would highly suggest either pluckers or buffalo wild wings and if you really want a great sight of looking at women that bad? Than get a girlfriend or even try the gentlemen's club.

Took the family to grab some wings before going to the movies and it was a mixed bag.

The good first. We ordered boneless wings and breaded wings which turned out exactly like they should. It's the first time I have had the boneless wings and they were pretty good. Had a couple Bud lights and they have some of the coldest beer around. At 2.75 not a bad price either.

The meh second. Kids burger and grilled cheese were ok, not great but not bad. It was what I expect from a kids meal. Service was average as well nothing spectacular but not really a complaint.

Now for the bad. Naked wings were not crispy but soggy and appeared undercooked. It looked like they were wet when they tried to sauce them and the sauce didn't stick very well. The waitress asked if I wanted big drinks for the kids ordering off the kids menu and I said yes. What she didn't tell me was that she was going to charge an extra $2.29 per kid. So the kids meal went from 3.99 to 6.28 just for a larger drink. If I would have know that I would have kept the small cups and made her work harder refilling them.

Overall it was an OK experience, not saying I will never go back or that it will be at the top of my list to go back. Very average

You can smoke in here! Which is good and bad, take it for what it's worth.

The best new menu item here is the Chicken Strip Cheese, hands down! I have yet to eat one in Texas that tasted as good as this location.

Stopped in for a beer or two and lunch on my birthday and I got the song and clap routine thanks to the wife who told someone while I was in the restroom.

Let's be honest here - saying something like, "this is the worst Hooter's I've ever been to" is kind of blasphemous, and redundant. They're all friggan terrible. Bland food, tacky service...etc. But even on the low level of service and food, this particular location rates lower than low.

A co-worker and I came here for a quick dinner after work. We walk in, a girl half-heartedly greets us. Someone who I'm assuming is her manager greets us with confidence. Then HE proceeded to take us to our table. First, this restaurant's entire business model is like a strip club. You hang out in a cheesy environment with mediocre food while talking to girls who don't want a damn thing to do with you. It has lasted the test of time. It's proven. So why would you not have a waitress take two guys to their table? This was the beginning of seeing that the managers here appear to work harder than the girls do.

Beyond that, our server was cute but holy hell she was forgetful. Forgot the water. Forgot the ranch. Forgot to split the beers off the checks, forgot to reprint a non-beer laden itemized receipt for work purposes...etc, etc, etc. And with all this forgetfulness came long waits in between. I will say that I think she has potential - she was super friendly but clearly lacking direction from above.

Of course most of the food in the restaurant is fried, but this stuff was way too fried. Maybe the chef was hanging out with his buddy in the back while various food items turned into charcoal in the frier. I had ordered my Hooter's standby (because they often do it well) the buffalo chicken sandwich. It arrived with only a chicken patty and a bun. No tomato, no lettuce, and so overcooked that each bite would only sheer the top layers of chicken off the patty while the bottom did not disconnect. Nasty. Nasty. Nasty.

There's no way in hell I'd recommend this place. They've got serious issues to get worked out at all levels.

    Great management ... literally ..
ONLY the managers work their BUTTS OFF.

The food is not hot ... the waitresses are not friendly.  They are busy talking with one another or talking to the "guy friend, customer" who came "ALONE" to eat wings. Ahem*

Wings came late .. and that was AFTER I asked the manager what happened to our order.  Ranch and celery never came .. EVER .. and the fries were like they were never fried.  They were ICE COLD.

The only way this was resolved ever .. was by asking the managers for help. poor guys ......

Hooters is not usually known for good service.  This is no exception.  But service wasn't terrible.  The food has improved over the years.

I like beer, I like wings and I like hooters.

just what you'd expect from a suburban hooters, nothing more.  Nice girls, cold beer.  Wings Daytona are the best thing on the menu

My fiancee has discovered Hooters wings and is in love (yes it could have something to do with the waitresses as well).  Anyways, when he suggested we go here with some friends I was not thrilled, especially after reading these reviews.  But I sucked it up and tucked this visit away in my mind for next time I wanna do something chick-centric with him.  I ordered the Cobb salad with fried chicken and it was ok, nothing great not horrible either.  Fiancee loves the naked wings with cajun seasoning, I tried one, I don't understand his obssession but he was happy.  The other couple had wings, fries onion rings and tator tots with toppings.  i tried the onion rings and they tasted like something from the frozen food section.  Our server was pretty and nice and gave good service.  Would I go back, yeah, but only if my honey asked me to go.

Well, apparently some people have had issues with this location, mine was a good experience.

Beer - I don't think I have had a beer this cold in the U.S. that wasn't at my house. There were ice chips ... SCORE!

Fried Pickles - Hotter than ... well they were really hot, and they are the best fried pickles period, there are many imitators but no one quite hits the mark.

Wings - I'm not sure what is going on here, the breading was super thick, but the sauce is good ... they were also hot enough to burn through your fingers, so that was really nice.

As for the service ... it was good, she was pleasant and nice, it was some of the best service we received at a Hooters since we went as a family, she came by to check on us and made sure everything went well.

This location is better (cleaner and larger) than when they were situated where Wild Ginger is today, but I'd have to say that this is a subpar Hooters.  The service is bad and the girls are just meh.  A new building isn't going to fix either problem.

Yikes! Stay away from this Hooters location, the other reviews about poor service are spot on.

Our waitress was totally clueless. We had to constantly remind her to bring us simple things like water. My finacee's order was wrong and the chick never apologized or sent a manager over. It took another 15+ minutes do get the correct order!

I had a gift card and the girl couldn't figure out how to ring it up. Seriously? How friggin' hard is that? We didn't trust her with our credit card so I tracked down a manager which was tough. He was hiding in the kitchen apparently.

The manager actually seemed to be able to work the register and got that part fixed, but he was less than interested in the troubles we had with the ding-bat waitress. I wouldn't trust either either one of them to pour urine out of a boot without reading the directions on the heel.

Yes, it was that bad! Corporate needs to shut this place down or clean house and start over.

6 of 13 stops in Dallas today!

Foolish tour continues; do not be upset by my review of 12 different Hooters today!

Our sixth stop was to Hooters of Lewisville.  There was a nice new larger building next to the old smaller building. The car show was nice.  A very large crowd.

We stopped but did not eat; we took pictures and continued on our way.

We like this restaurant it was bright and was very busy.

The girls were very friendly and gladly posed for pictures. I like our pictures!!

Back to the Batmobile, onward foolish boys!

Would I go back?   Yes next time we need passport stamps!

I have been in this location twice. The first time it took over 10 minutes for them to finally come to our table to take our order. The drinks came quick but the food took forever (like an hour wait - no one was barely in the restaurant). The second time I came in we waited 15 minutes before we realized no one was going to come and serve us. We had to get up and walk right out.

WORST service I have ever received in my life!!!! I joined a table of friends who already had their drinks but had not ordered food and she didn't bring me water until I had asked 3 times 30 minutes later. She brought my food on a tray with someone elses and just plopped it down with no explanation so we were confused over whose was what.  Asked for condiments and finished half the meal and asked for them 2-3 times before they were brought.  She never smiled once and never asked if we needed anything we had to flag her down and speak quickly before she ran away.  Definitely will NOT go back.
