Horrible..Horrible..HORRIBLE!! The staff seriously needs a class in social/personal skills. The entire crew is just..lacking..period. Don't get me wrong..I'm sure it's fine if you are a regular. First of all..we waited..and waited..then we we're asked to seat ourselves. So..we did. Second of all..no one ever came. That's right. We even stopped two of the servers. Nothing. I was going to pay for the food...they just had to bring it.....and take my order first.......which means notice me even before that. I guess new customers aren't as important as regular customers.
Review Source:The service has always been good when I go in, the food, sub par, I agree with the other reviews, they seem to do a poor job coating the wings with the sauce. Â Sometimes the wings are just not hot, temperature wise, not sure why unless the sit to long before they are served. Â My drinks have never run out, the servers are on top of keeping my glass full. Their best deal is in the afternoons with half price wings from 3-6 or 3-7 during the week.
Review Source:This particular Hooter's has never really been a good one in my experience. The waitresses here all seem to have been forced to work at gunpoint: Their friendliness and speed are almost non-existent. As for the food, the wings don't seem to be tossed in wing sauce like at all other Hooters locations. Rather, this Hooters just simply pours the sauce on the wings before bringing them to the table. I came during a Reds game, but you'd never know it as only 2 TVs had it on. No, if I'm in the mood for Hooters, I'll stick with the Newport location. And if I'm in the Springdale area craving wings I'll just go across the street to B.C. Roosters, where the staff is actually alive.
