Review Source:This place is ghetto.
First time here on a Wednesday. Came to see New Boyz (not because I''m a fan but because my BF knew the promoter). They never showed or did show, but never came on stage, due to some management issue. No cover charge, thank goodness, because it's def not worth a dime. My BF bought some drinks, tipped with cash, but the bartender ended up charging an extra $5 on the credit card. Lots of security outside and inside. No in an outs that night. I would never come here again.
FIrst of all, their dress code is stupid. I was told hat is not allowed. Mine was not like baseball cap or something but not allowed. Somehow He said tennis shoes are not allowed when we were not wearing. When we went inside, I saw many with jeans and they looked so casual.
Second, unlike other nite clubs, they don't allow re-entry. stamp is only for smoking.
It seems not so difficult to get your name on the list to enter no charge tho.
No. Just no. If there was a better word with less letters I would use that, but there is not so..............NO. They advertise that this is Cuban Pete's at the hop. I Â have no idea how they think this is anything like Cuban Pete's in Anaheim. The music, NOT CUBAN. The atmosphere had some half ass (pardon my French) attempt at some Cuban poster art and then there was the food.
Cuban Pete's closed about 1-2 years ago and the food tastes like they cooked whatever they had in stock and froze it, so now when you order they defrost it and send it out.
I would go on about the drinks but there was not enough liqueur in them to consider them drinks. More like drink flavored. If your car dies in front of this place and your legs are broken and this is the only place you can drag yourself to, then order a water.
You can try the Cuba Libre. If this is what they drink in Cuba then you will know why people will try to swim the 230 miles to get to Florida.
Came here for a birthday party last night...I never go to clubs, so I have nothing to compare the place to...it was okay.
We were told to arrive at 8:30. When my friend and I got here, it was practically empty. Since it was before 9, drinks were half priced. I bought a cranberry & vodka for me and a malibu & coke for my friend for only $5!
The inside of this venue is really run down and outdated. It could use some cleaning as well.
The music was old school funk and early 80's R&B/pop. I liked the music for the first half of the evening.
The place started getting crowded around 10. By 11 it was totally packed and the lines at the bar were ridiculous. The two bartenders were incredibly slow.
Around 10:30 or so the music turned to rap, which I don't really care for. My friend and I started getting hit on so much it was annoying. I wear my grandma's wedding ring on my right ring finger, and I eventually moved it to my left hand in hopes of being left alone.
Since clubs are not really my scene, I will not be back here.
I love this place the drinks are really good, and there's this bartender there name David he's really nice he always smiles, very polite, very handsome, very single, and if u guys go u should go check him out and his drinks are amazing, when I go again I'm definately tipping him my whole paycheck cuz he is definately worth the tip!!!! Oh and the place is always poppin wed fri and sat
Review Source:My cousins and I stumbled into this place while driving around looking for a place to get alcohol and hear some music. Since all of us were from out of town (me from San Diego and them from San Francisco) we had no clue to what we were stepping into. There was a cover charge but I don't remember how much.
At first glance from the outside the building appeared well kept. The parking was full so that was an indication that the establishment was definitely a happening place. There was a dress code that most of us met. When the bouncer turned us away because one fella didn't meet the dress code (he wore tennis shoes which was not allowed), we asked for the manager. We explained the situation to her how we were from out of town, and maybe she could just hook us up that night. She was so cool about it!
Once inside you will realize how old the decor was. Looking over to the dance floor it reminded me of a scene in the movie Saturday Night Fever starring John Travolta. The patrons are mixed with young and old. The DJ played a various amount of music which made it difficult to dance too on some occasions but it was fun to people watch when we couldn't dance.
The drinks were tasty. They didn't have my Mojito which I found odd but that was OK. I chose to have a rum and coke instead which was fine with me. The best part of the night was when the manager who let us in even did a round of Chocolate Cake shots with us.
This place is awesome!!! It is a little old, but that just adds to the character. They have great drink specials all the time, the dance floor is huge, the dj plays a great mix of music, and food isn't to bad either. This is not some over priced Hollywood club but a local spot where you can just have a blast.
On Wed. they have $4 "you call it" drinks and Karaoke. On Fridays they have $3 bud, margaritas, and rum and coke, $2 wine/well/domestic and $3 appetizers. Who can beat that? They also have $2 wine/well/domestic on Saturday too  as well as $3 appetizers.
So if your looking for a place to celebrate a birthday, just get together with friends, drink for cheap, or just dance, this place is for you.
This club is where all the locals come to chill, get they swerve on and sometimes get they macc on. I'm defensive cuz I work here so das like biting the hand that feeds me if I talk shit, right?!
So these are the venues: (I made up the names for each night by the way, they are not really called this!!)

Like o'dude said, if you come out with your group of friends and just wanna go somewhere to dance and have fun, come thru! but don't be tryin to get all hella dressed up like Vegas style... this is not the one!
I'm almost too ashamed to write a review about this place. Â I let my sister talk me into going here last night. Â although i enjoyed hanging out with her, the place was such a horrid choice. Â I'm more of a laid back , sip on a glass of wine and enjoy live jazz kind of girl and my sister is a get crunked shake your bootay, back up, drop it like its hot heffa! so maybe this place is cool for her but the DJ was wack, the drinks were cheap but were more flavors than alcohol.
i had to get like 2 shots of patron after i had a Cadillac margarita just to feel a buzz. so finally when the buzz kicked in i felt free enough to get on the dance floor. and since everything was moving in slow motion i was having fun. and than this old cheesy many came up to me trying to dance! i was like im not interested  and i grabbed my sister and started dancing with her. the place is old it smell like old crusty chicken, its too dark in there to see if something is growing on your food so i didn't order anything. the charge 12 bucks to get in there! i mean come on if you are going to charged 12 bucks at least tidy the place up.  the courtesy person in the bathroom was drunk! now how are you gonna help me out and expect a tip if you drunk?!
this place is class less, dingy, and worthless. dont get me wrong though, the people that work there are really friendly even the big bouncer at the door tht tried to get my number lol. will i go there again? yes probably just to kick it with my sister because she wont ever go to one of my places but i wouldn't order anything.
