I went here when it opened, and was actually surprised. Inexpensive but delicious sushi. The second and third time it has gone down in quality. The fourth time, which was tonight, was horrible. The sushi is okay but the service sucks. We walked in and were seated fast. Our waiter took our order after waiting about 7 minutes. Mind you, there are three other tables and three waiters. He forgot my soup. Once I very kindly reminded him, he brought it over and to my surprise a hair was in it. Next was the meal. The time it took wasn't horrible but once we got it, that was the last we saw of our waiter. Our drinks were empty and he was only helping one other table. To pay was another hassle. I would not recommend this for sushi if you're looking for a nice night out!
Review Source:Great Sushi and fried ice cream. Ichiban has some of the freshest and tasteful sushi I have eaten. It is comparable to some of the great sushi houses in NY. The atmosphere is cozy. A real nice place to go for a great meal. The fried ice cream is the topping on the cake ( no pun intended).
